A fee reversal for paper statements is allowed one time for the life of the card. 2 years ago I was granted a fee reversal. 8 days ago I spent $16.99. A paper statement was generated and it arrived in the mail yesterday. I was charged $1.99 which is over 10% of the purchase! After speaking to two TJMaxx agents I was told the $1.99 fee could not be reversed. My next step is to let y'all know and I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the NH Attorney General about this. Besides TJMaxx, there is Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, and Home Sense stores under Synchrony Bank. I'm wondering if there is a Federal law that would look at this fee as outrageous.

My Customer pick up item was not in the bin when I arrived and we were assisted by this young man who looked through every single bin in the hopes of finding it and when he could not, he refunded the order with a merchandise credit and helped me locate the items that were on that order, even looking "on the dock" for one of the items when my size was not on the racks. This young man was friendly, apologetic and eager to help and made this bad experience better. I did speak to Manager Chris about this employees excellent service, so I do hope he was acknowledged as he deserves it.

We went through the toy section and were pleasantly surprised at seeing Leggos on sale with a table on which several unicorn Lego toys were placed next to a 30% off placard. We got several among other toys. Got to the register and the cashier rang one at full price. Upon our challenge, he started "apparently it depends on the unicorn". Take out or leave it. To put items on a table marked 30% off and then ring the item at full price is horrible ethics. Sadly, we have been assiduous Kohls customers, especially during holiday season.

Buying rings can be an overwhelming experience but Mike and the staff were super helpful on site and thoroughly went over questions such as what we wanted; what was important to us; likes/dislikes; etc - and used that info to narrow the focus and show us options that would potentially work. She was professional, knowledgeable, and fun to work with. She took extra care to make sure every measurement was precise so my progressive lenses came out perfect. I've had some nightmare experiences with a different optical source that resulted in multiple attempts to get glasses I could read through. After ditching 5 pairs of glasses I finally went to BJ's. Not only did BJ's get it right the first time, I got a great deal on two pairs (regular and sunglasses), and then I received a handwritten thank you card from Marilyn a few days after picking them up. THAT is old fashioned GREAT customer service!! Right now BJ's Optical in W Lebanon is not open every day due to staffing issues but you do NOT have to be a BJ's member to access the optical department! I highly recommend them to everyone!
