Sales agent Bryce convinced my husband and me that our family phone plan (then 4 lines, $242/mo.) would not increase with the addition of an additional phone. Alas, it seemed too good to be true, and indeed it was. Our new bill is $299/mo., and we didn't even need the extra line (I took advantage of it for our 7-year-old daughter, who of course does not need a phone).
