i was lied to and quoted a price for my mobile service for four lines and service from the get go. when i got my first bill it was due in 3 weeks instead of a month, when i got my bill it was due for 526.99 when it was only quoted to be around 341 + taxes etc.. not realizing the taxes alone were gonna be about 50.00+ dollars... my service (internet & streaming) NEVER worked from day one, mind you i had been calling customer service from the beginning only for them to tell me i have to upgrade mt service (which cost approx 40.00 more dollars a month i was going to mind having to upgrade but when my first bill was at 529 already and then for them to tell me that my orginal agreement which was the "go limited" was not as good as the sales rep (josh tran) explained to us. so after being lied to about the service and seeing my first bill i went to just give all my the phones back and cancel the service! at the time of getting my things returned i was told i was going to have to pay a programming fee (which was never explained to me at time of purchase!) i am more or less upset and feel ripped off that i was never explained my contract. never told that if i paid cash for any taxes or fees at the time of purchased and decided to return the items i wouldnt get cash back id have to wait ten business to recieve a check by mail. i did not get the paper stating that (in the fine print) until AFTER my items were returned to the store. i spoke to the GM (by the name of Lee Wilson) and felt more unworthy as a customer than ever. he was rude, short with his responses and did not care i was upset. told it its policy and to just read the fine print because its there! and now to top things off i had to pay 75.00 just to go back to my old carrier (Tmobile) because of all the mess. i should have been informed of all the ins and outs and feel i was mislead just so the rep got a sale. read more
