My neighbor went to this location to get help unlocking her new t-mobile phone. She forgot her Pin…read morenumber and asked a associate for help. Employee tried to enter a few pin numbers and decided to tell her to go to BestBuy either for help or a new phone. Strikes me as the worlds laziest employee that didn't want to do anything seeing how no commision $ to be earned. I decided to help my neighbor and after 5 minutes(if that) on utube was able to reset phone by holding volume down plus power button until Samsung logo reappeared after reboot than holding volume up plus power button until recovery screen appeared. This is for a Samsung Galaxy A15 and note it Will delete all your data from phone memory if one decides to go the reset route. Again, the worlds laziest employee at T-Mobile 3290 W South Airport Rd Ste 300, Traverse City, MI 49684 Should have been able to help her out with this but seeing how no commision $ to be made they gave her false information(lied) and told her BestBuy could resolve her issue.

The price range can be absurd, and the best buy card discounts you get in the mail for 5 dollars off are a rip. (If you use them before they expire, that is... If they aren't already expired by the time you get them). Much of this stuff is marked up and should be 5$ off anyway. Go to newegg.com, you will find many good deals and can use it as a price comparison for the computer area. (Just knowing the specs of the product can be a real difference in getting ripped off). If you're using best buy for computers, it's probably because you want something right now instead of waiting.

By the end of that process, my internet service went down. So apparently the technicians successfully hooked up our neighbors, yet simultaneously wrecked our service.
