I love T-Mobile prices and coverage is good. But, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING OR LEAVE this store without going over every detail of what you're purchasing and the fees for each item or service addition!!! My neighbor went to this location to get help unlocking her new t-mobile phone. She forgot her Pin number and asked a associate for help. Employee tried to enter a few pin numbers and decided to tell her to go to BestBuy either for help or a new phone. Strikes me as the worlds laziest employee that didn't want to do anything seeing how no commision $ to be earned. I decided to help my neighbor and after 5 minutes(if that) on utube was able to reset phone by holding volume down plus power button until Samsung logo reappeared after reboot than holding volume up plus power button until recovery screen appeared. This is for a Samsung Galaxy A15 and note it Will delete all your data from phone memory if one decides to go the reset route. Open til seven. Show up at 6:45. Door locked. Closed early. Employee at the counter. Sees us at the door. Doesn't open door to help. I never report negatively, but, this is not acceptable.
