I don't know what's going on in-store because I can't talk to anyone that's actually there, so getting updates on things that I have paid for becomes frustrating. I went by yesterday to pick up my item and the trade-in system was down (I suppose?) because they couldn't process my Ps5 purchase without the attached Ps4. The store associate, a young girl (I forgot her name so sorry) was very apologetic and helped me make a plan to retrieve my item later in the week. Good service from her, but in all honesty the structure of the team there seems to fail her more than the other way around. I went today and no issues at all. Really seems like you have to choose your day with this store.

After ordering it online on March 30 it said it will be here between April 1 and April 4. It now says it is coming April 14 and after speaking with many representatives, including supervisors, not only could it be delayed more, but the warranty started as soon as I ordered it, even though I don't have physical custody of the item. It's the last resort after hours of banging on your keyboard in frustration and praying that one more reboot does the trick, followed by haggling with your manufacturer only to learn your warranty has expired (this is definitely not talking from experience). Yet, I do appreciate that we have a good repair place in town that is there in the hour of need. I scheduled an appointment online (but drop-ins seem to be fine too) and ended up with a faulty harddrive that needed replacing (thanks for nothing Microsoft Updates!). A couple days later and everything was good as new, but my wallet sadly a little lighter. I would definitely recommend Computer Repair Doctor, but still hope that I never have to visit again under similar circumstances!
