Inge was the NICEST and most helpful lady I've had in customer service in a long time. I can't…read moreremember the last time I had a good experience anywhere, and she dealt with a long line with grace, even when the obviously miserable guy next to me was rude to her. I needed a new doctor because I got new insurance and am only in Ohio part-time. After my initial visit, I had to leave the country early and had to reschedule my follow-up. She got me in the next day and later mailed my contacts and glasses to my home in Hawaii. We need more awesome ladies like Inge in this world. The doc was chill too. I would prefer to give them a negative score. I payed for this service for my wife, my eldest…read moredaughter, and myself. This week my eldest had surgery. While recovering at home she asked his sister to take her car (the car belonging to me...a card holder) to the corner store for groceries. Two blocks from the house my middle daughter noticed the tire was flat and had her sister (the card holder) call AAA. Even though the car was owned by a member, was driven on behalf of a member, and the call was made by a member they refused to produce the service we paid for...because my eldest daughter was not at that moment IN the car. It wasn't until my middle daughter put my eldest in a wheelchair and pushed her two blocks through the snow to the car that they would agree to come. They did not arrive to service the car until two hours later. Fraud. Plain and simple.
