Called again this morning and was told same thing. Micah called me back and swore they had called me several times with no luck and my computer was disposed of. But when I stated I would pull call logs etc he all of sudden found my hard drive. My ticket was still open in their system. Micah proceeded to laugh and talk about how long I left it there and we were lucky he found it. I called his business inept and he just kept on laughing and talking to another person about me. Hopefully when I go to pick up my hard drive it is still there and not damaged.

They only care about sales! I went in there to upgrade my phone to the iPhone 16 Pro, and spent $160 that day for a screen protector and the phone. After a couple days, I got a notification on my brand new phone there was an issue with my battery! So I went back 4 days after I got the phone and they told me there was nothing they could do and it would cost me an additional $70 to return the defective phone that they just sold to me or I could send my new phone off to Apple and have them fix it. They even called their district manager and he confirmed what they told me! My best friend is a senior officer with a different 3rd party vendor for T-Mobile and so I called him and he brought up the actually policy for all T-mobile stores... 3rd party vendors included... and told me they were breaking company policy. So I went back to the store with him on the phone and he told them how to get the policy and where to look so they could process my exchange, and that's when they got rude and continued to tell me that they couldn't help. He told me to leave and call 611, which is T-Mobile's customer care line and they would take care of it. When I talked with her, she was shocked with how they treated me and assured me that all stores, 3rd party or not, can make that exchange or give me a full refund for the phone and screen protector. Thankfully she was able to attach all the policies to my account so I can go to a different store and make my exchange without any hassle and told me to call them in store if there was any hiccups and they would take care of it. I won't be returning to this store since they do not care about T-Mobile customers! They only care about sales and will not help you even if you show them their own policy says they can. If you can avoid going to this store, you definitely should!
