If I would have simply been informed when I signed up AT&T can raise that prices on plans at will, I would have never decided to get new phones and devices. They lock you in on having to pay back those phones over three years, but can raise their prices and you can't get out??? Yeah, they duped me and are going to make their money now. Joke is on me. The staff is well aware now, so helpfully they share to their customers from now on AT&T will raise their plan prices, and the customer will be locked in because who can really afford thousands of dollars to pay at once on their phones, which I didn't have to do.

Called the 800 line back, they said no wait (got connected to cell instead of internet), been on hold for a long, long time. Seems there is no way to cancel, or get a hold of anyone that can do anything.
