I ordered 16 yards of 4 different fabric patterns, sent photos of all of them. I got just over 12…read moreyards because they didn't have the full amount of one I requested, which was totally fine. I finally got my order in the mail and one of the fabrics was incorrect. I got ahold of the company to get it rectified and they said they'd make it right. I waited for the shipping label to return the incorrect fabric and never received it. I messaged them 9 days later trying to find out where my new fabric was and they said they'd wouldn't send it out until they got the incorrect fabric. I called and spoke with the owner, Judy, who was quite rude. She stepped away from the phone, not realizing I could still hear her, saying, "this lady is talking to me about getting the wrong fabric like I know what she's talking about. I don't. But she's saying we've spoke before." She kept cutting me off and not letting me explain what was going on and saying the fabrics look identical, which they don't. Well, after that phone call, the owner said all sales were final, even though that wasn't stated on the listing. Well, now she is refusing to and I'm out $28 for fabric I didn't ask for. Mind you, the first time we spoke I told her I was a 100% permanent and total disabled veteran that has a set income. So $28 is a big deal when I only have so much to last the whole month. Don't buy fabric from them, unless you want to risk getting the wrong fabric and not getting it fixed.
