Thought well let me check out the other one on my list since I was going to be over next to Appleton's anyway. The shop is literally right behind Appleton's Harley Davidson, so you literally have to pull into their parking lot and venture to the back of the building. I will admit, not a good business model to attract new customers, because it is not line of sight of the main road. People like places they can readily access. Figured, what the heck, I'm here already. Walking into the shop, I was pleasantly surprised, there was engraving with a vast array of different things to engrave like name blocks and photo frames. There was a VERY large display of trophies and plaques that lined the walls and shelves. The bell rang and immediately from a side room popped a man, who promptly greeted me. He made me feel at ease as I pushed the broken karate guy and the trophy over to him. He said give me a second and came immediately back with a larger karate guy, same stance. The relief! He took the trophy to the back and literally within 4 minutes was back with the new karate guy on top. Only charged me the cost of the karate guy which was all of about $6 and I was there for around 10 minutes total. I will definitely use your facility again sir for any future engraving/personalized gifts or trophy plaque needs. Thank you so much. He was so happy. Almost seemed annoyed we were bothering here. Just did fact finding the first visit. Second visit, new lady, much more user friendly and help us place our order. Ordered a PCS plaque for a co-worker. I thought a fair price and can turn it around in 10 days. I forgot to bring the farewell message for the plaque so they said I could email it in and did so the next day. They didn't respond to my email despite my request to confirm receipt so tomorrow I will call to follow up. I'll post pictures once I get the actual plaque.

I've easily taken at least ten different items in to have monogramed and each and every one has exceeded my expectations. For starters...the staff. Wow! They're like friendly lil'Picasso's. I'd walk in with an idea in my head and they'd literally take my idea, create the artwork from scratch, and transform it into a masterpiece that they then transferred onto a flashlight or a cutting board. I've never walked out of the store not mind blown by what they're actually capable of. On top of all that, they're a total joy to work with. I can't recommend this place enough. It's a true hidden gem in Hopkinsville.
