    Ugh! RUN! Run away very very fast!…read more The store manager here ADMITS that he hires "inexperienced college age kids with no clue about.customer.service", which as a 20 year + customer, I have EARNED! Worse yet....that the stores focus is only selling phones, selling plans! NOT, helping customers through any challenges or issues. They viewed, copied IMEI #, and tracked a phone back to its.verizon purchase while we talked about repair and sent us to a local asurian shop for repair. $75 layer, we returned to activate the plan, and then suddenly were told we couldn't, because we don't remember the apple ID log in. And it gets worse! Then he tells us he won't run a six month copy of our bills and payments, to help us prove some things incorrect in their billing. Nope, we ha e to request it, in writing, through corporate. By the way, that was a year ago and corporate refuses to provide it. Now.we.got.the ATTORNEY GENERAL and others involved, who habe confirmed we habe a case and we will be taking it all the way for justice!

    I have been an AT &T customer for six years. A good customer, never missed a payment. Until now,…read moreeverything was going well, and I didn't have any issues. Until now. Last month, my son needed a new phone. Since we WERE happy with AT &T, my husband took him into this store, and he got a new phone. All was well until my husband and I looked at our bill this month. This store added features to our account, without our permission. The total of these added features was a whopping $73!!! I immediately called customer service, thinking no problem, I am sure they will own their mistake and refund me right? Wrong! That is why, when she told she was offering me an additional $20 customer service credit, on top of the original $73, I was happy. A credit of $93 would bring me down almost to what my bill normally is. The rep I originally spoke with of course did not have English as her main language, no problem, customer service gets outsourced all the time, it is the way of the world. That is why, once she processed the credits and told me the total of my refund was $35, I asked her to repeat herself, naively thinking we just had a language barrier. Nope. She was giving me only 50% of my total charges, with no additional customer service credit. By now, I had been on the phone for about 22 minutes, and fully realized that they were trying to screw me. I asked for a manager at once. 15 MINUTES LATER, I get a supposed manager, who tells me that he is putting through the initial credit that was promised me, but the other half wouldnt hit until the next bill. What kind of bullshit is that?? The charges appeared on THIS bill, they should be credited on THIS bill, right. Nope. So today I was given a $35 credit, on what should be $93 ( the original costs of the unrequested features plus a $20 inconvenience credit). This means the credit on my next bill should be roughly $59. Bet it won't be. I am so angry right now, and will no longer be doing business with AT &T, which is sad, because I thought it was going so well. I told my husband I dont care if we have to go to a lesser company, I am not giving these people anymore of my money!!
