We found out when we were severing our ties with Birch that they had lost the company (their vendor) that did their web hosting. I had spoken with that company and they were the ones that told me the reason that we had no capability to use what we had been charged for for 2+ years. THE WORST. I am saving approximately $400.00 a month after finally getting out of our contract. We are a small company. Some of the staff was good, a LOT of them are rude. It's the people behind the scenes (level 2) that were nice, and helpful. After giving the proper notice (90 days) prior to our termination day, they billed us for another month of service and even were so nice as to turn us into collections FOR SERVICES WE NEVER RECEIVED. The explanation was that there is work on their end that has to be done, even if they are not providing service. When I wrote a letter to contest the billing, it was past their policy of '30 days to dispute'. THE WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 62 YEARS THAT WASN'T AN ALL OUT SCAM.

Within a couple of weeks of starting I lost the "local" channels out of Atlanta. When I called I was told it was due to "contract negotiation". After almost a year I guess they are still negotiating. But worst of all was the inability to pull up channels. There are constant outages with the service and more frequent slow downs. It doesn't matter the time: early morning, Sunday afternoon, it is constant. 25% of the time multiple attempts are needed or I just give up and watch Netflix or Amazon Prime (who are simultaneously and immediately available) I thought a company owned by AT&T would have its service act together. I figured wrong. 2 stars are more 75% of the time it worked ok without local channels.

They sent me a new box and said the other one doesn't work anymore and no need to send it back, but yet I'm still required to pay for getting rid of it if I can't send it back. I believe this company is a scam and I was taken advantage of. My boyfriend called shortly after repeating everything I had just said and they immediately said they'd reverse the charges. They'll listen to a man but not the woman who was paying for the service. Sexism at its finest. Do not use this company you will not get your moneys worth nor a good experience. They will say and do whatever it takes to get more money out of you. We will be getting with our bank and reporting this fraud.

I even had my new phone so he could see my number on the account but he wouldn't take them. Absolutely ridiculous - I was simply turning in phones that had already been approved for trade-in!). Now I have to make time to get back over there again after dealing with customer service to get my name added to the primary account holders so they'll accept them. Next time, we'll just order phones online and skip Verizon entirely. Not worth the hassle and time.

After Christmas, my grand-daughter opened her gift only to find the screen broken. Went back to the store and the manager wouldn't return it and said that ( I should have checked it before I left the store that night because they couldn't determine if it was broken in shipment or once I got it home).
