The store manager here set me up with a "great" plan, i was supposed to get a free phone, all the terms and conditions, i was supposed to pay no more than $100, I ended up being charged $400 two months later AFTER the promotion was supposed to kick in. I wasted hundreds of dollars, they wouldn't let me return the phone that was supposed to be free i then had to pay for that as well. I lost so much time and patience but kept trying to be understanding and respectful while getting them to fix their mistake. I'm writing this review nearly 6 months later and i JUST NOW fixed this issue. By paying for the phone that was supposed to be free and paying double what my bill was supposed to be monthly. STAY AWAY, Before this i was a long time tmobile customer. (side note, just because it's called a "tmobile store" apparently corporate can't control them bcz they are an AUTHORIZED RETAILER)

    Went up to the T-Mobile store in Macclenny, Fl. to purchase a phone. Was greeted by staff. Manager…read moreshowed me several phones and I decided on the one to purchase. The process took 4 hours because of issues transferring files and photos from old phone to new phone. The manager James stated that the phone was $252 but if I spread out the payments it would be $199. Asked to be comped a screen cover and was given a small discount. After 4 hours got the phone back and many of the pics and programs were not right. Went home and called TMobile about the price thing and they stated that there was no promotion on the phone that I purchased. So went back the next day and had Chris issue a credit of $52 to my account. So after spending $30 for phone set up and another $20 for case and $10 for screen cover I feel like the store employees are only interested in sales and not customer service. Will never return to another T-Mobile store.

Very shady and very corrupt; always raising rates for their customers. Telling you and me that we own JEA, it's a community owned company, while screwing us over financially. Well if I own it, I want to cut my losses and sell this losing company. I won't say JEA is the worst electric / water provider I've ever had as it's just a tad bit by a little margin better than some of the EMCs I've belonged too; but then again we use to get yearly rebates from the EMCs. With this said let me say bless the linemen and the customer service agents for doing their jobs; I have nothing but respect for them. But when it comes to the leadership of JEA it's time for a change. It's time to sell JEA and privatize it to bring the customers better rates and service.

    What a completely incompetent organization. JEA likes to screw with their customers and make them jump through hoops like they are performing circus monkeys. They put up barriers to people paying their bills through their own website for some unknown reason that makes absolutely no sense to anyone nor can anyone in leadership at the company explain all of the barriers. I am certain there are many employees at JEA collecting a paycheck for unnecessary or completely non-productive work. I can tell you that I have never once gotten a rebate that I submitted through JEA. I have never gotten an adjustment to my sewer bill for two separate occasions where someone turned our outside water spigot on when we were out of town. Both times resulting in bills that were over $1,000. And now, I changed banks and have been fighting with these idiots for 6 months to allow me to update my banking information so that I could pay my bill and continue with autopay that I have been on for the last 20 years without incident. I hate JEA. They relish in their incompetence.
