When asked, he said it would take a week. Here it is one week later. No calls. No follow ups. Again, I called for an update. I had to go back and pay the difference for an "Apple" screen which wasn't really Apple. The screen became pixelated, had a spot on the corner that blew then gave a black and green screen only 2 months later. It was supposedly under a 4 month warranty but the lady refused to touch it, fix it, take off the screen or replace it under warranty. She said it was damaged but could not prove any damage as there was no damage! The problem was their rip off "Apple" screen that they installed. She offered a "deal" to replace it. Ha!
