The store manager here set me up with a "great" plan, i was supposed to get a free phone, all the terms and conditions, i was supposed to pay no more than $100, I ended up being charged $400 two months later AFTER the promotion was supposed to kick in. I wasted hundreds of dollars, they wouldn't let me return the phone that was supposed to be free i then had to pay for that as well. I lost so much time and patience but kept trying to be understanding and respectful while getting them to fix their mistake. I'm writing this review nearly 6 months later and i JUST NOW fixed this issue. By paying for the phone that was supposed to be free and paying double what my bill was supposed to be monthly. STAY AWAY, Before this i was a long time tmobile customer. (side note, just because it's called a "tmobile store" apparently corporate can't control them bcz they are an AUTHORIZED RETAILER)

    Went up to the T-Mobile store in Macclenny, Fl. to purchase a phone. Was greeted by staff. Manager…read moreshowed me several phones and I decided on the one to purchase. The process took 4 hours because of issues transferring files and photos from old phone to new phone. The manager James stated that the phone was $252 but if I spread out the payments it would be $199. Asked to be comped a screen cover and was given a small discount. After 4 hours got the phone back and many of the pics and programs were not right. Went home and called TMobile about the price thing and they stated that there was no promotion on the phone that I purchased. So went back the next day and had Chris issue a credit of $52 to my account. So after spending $30 for phone set up and another $20 for case and $10 for screen cover I feel like the store employees are only interested in sales and not customer service. Will never return to another T-Mobile store.

I was in the process of bouncing back from a period of homelessness when I visited this store. I had finally by the grace of God started to get my life back in order. I put down a deposit for some furniture at the Orange Park, FL location. I advised the owner I was in the process of relocating from Gainesville back to Jacksonville FL. I didn't currently have a place of residence & it was about a lil over a month later that I finally re-established myself back in Jacksonville. I contacted the District Manager Brad at this location & advised I no longer desired the furniture. I originally on 8/26/19 placed the order. I visited the door & have my debit card to have the full deposit refunded. It is now 12/2/19 & to this date no refund has be processed by RentAvision. I attempted to contact the store only to continue receiving false information. This process from homelessness has been extremely difficult & to receive this type of treatment especially as a Veteran is shameful. I don't recommend this franchise to anyone. After months of waiting to be refunded, I made a visit to the store. Brad stated the store owner refused the refund even though no merchandise ever left the store. He stated the store owner at my time of deposit claimed it wasn't refundable. This statement was false & before I gave a $364.85 deposit I surely wouldn't have done business. This made me very angry & when I disagreed I was threatened by Brad, police would be called. I don't think anyone losing $364.85 wouldn't be angry. I let him know I would blow up my social media platforms on how they do business & treat a Veteran. Complaint will be filed with the Attorney General & BBB.

Its not even smooth surfaces he said they dont do sanding .... i HAVE to retexture my wall myself Fine i get it but the guy who cut holes in our walls 2 yrs ago to instal caneras did a better mudding/fill job than this guy. Ill be going through all camera footage as ive already seen he's hit my wall with our metal ladder too many times to count yesterday and now i get to finish and fix his poor filling job on ALL cut outs in my home MYSELF. Ill post videos if i can when i download them. It was excuse after excuse on MULTIPLE THINGS. Pitiful and yes my husband agrees! I atleast was taught how to use mud fill it and SMOOTH it out . Scott said they only do rough patch no sanding but all other customers are happy with it.... really??? I highly doub it!.... i hope his wife would be happy with this final product in THEIER home if they wer3 just a customer because its not GOOD BUSINESS and now we are telling our neighbors not to use them! Nice guy at 1st til confronted but very very condiscending today and knew he was but so glad i have it on audio from my hall camera. nobody would be happy with this so called fill in the holes and cracks. My husband has severe back problems and dr visits and cant be home 100% of tge time besies im not dumb or new to patchwork as we had to when we sold our old home and yes I A FEMALE DID IT! Very very disappointed!!!!.... im glad i have cameras in and outside my home GARAGE INCLUDED These pictures are from the 3 total visits hes made and WE WILL NOT ALLOW A 4TH!!!....sure things work but I mean for 1600 plus no i should not have to do this bull myself. If my husbands back wasn't so messed up and dr appointments and physical therapy and chiropractor he'd be here the whole time every time. I do have a few pictures as well text message wise to show other inconsistent information. His "clean-up " is a joke he got mud all over the picture I has specifically made by an artist of our deceased cat for my husband and the only thing that looks good is my daughters chandelier in her room but we found mud on it too now. Its poor service on the tail end and im WAITING on the desk faceplate that will hopefully be given to me as its already paid for as we paid Scott in full now. Yup gotta wait for drake customer service and blah blah blah. Look we all have real life problems but there are so many in consistency with what he said yesterday and today . I see why only 17 reviews and very little reviews elsewhere now. Its ridiculous! Scott set the price added on more fine I get that BUT if I knew my walls and all the holes would look like this when finished ummmmmm no. There's no way other people can be happy with this type of "rough patchwork " id like to see those pics. So if you have a simple project they might be ok if its more than a light then PAY THE EXTRA $$$ . I really dont care what his responses are as i have proof of poor execution and im not a young dumb woman or anything. I was an army brat im not incapable of doing things.     After spending over a week searching for an electrician to come take a look at a partial loss of…read morepower to one side of my house, I found SOS. Their first available appointment was a week out, probably because they are the ONLY electricians that actually answer the phone or return phone calls. Two gentlemen came out to my house and spent an hour or so checking each point in the current until they were able to identify the issue and fixed it quickly once located. All in all came out to about $100/HR. Both electricians were extremely nice, knowledgeable, and honest. I would use them again for sure.
