The cost for the repair was just over $100 and if you check in to this location using Yelp, you get five dollars off. The screen and everything else looks sublime and works perfectly. The service member at the desk was kind, patient, and professional. When I or someone I know needs something repaired, we will be turning to Mr Fix.

Before taking my stereo receiver into Doctor Video I called repair shops in Northern VA, Richmond, and Roanoke, all of which quoted me more than $100 to replace a piece of hardware that costs less than $3 online. Mike at Doctor Video was very reasonable to deal with; I spent less than $50 getting the issue fixed and had the pleasure of some of the best customer service from a repair shop in my life. My only gripe was that the repair took a bit long however in the grand scheme of things, I would rather wait an extra few weeks for the repair to be finished than pay more than double the price to shops with rude technicians or poorly experienced repairmen. If I am ever in need of electronic repair in the area I will absolutely be bringing my business here.
