very disappointed in this store - wasn't very customer friendly and wasn't willing to help out! have been a Verizon customer for over 25 years and have never received such a lack of respect from the employee and manager! thankfully I was able to resolve my issue when I called directly to verizon! I would have given this store a zero if it was possible! do not go to this store, try one of other two in Laramie. read more

Great customer service!!! I went in to buy our daughter a Gizmo watch & find out about my I phone trade in. They were very knowledgeable about how to set u and use the watch as well as looked up all the details on my trade in. Would highly recommend this store! read more

If you have an issue with your cell phone, take it to Verizon located at 1730 Grand here in Laramie, WY. That's what I did! Phoenix and her staff were very helpful and also very professional as we worked together to resolve my phone issues. So, I'll say it again: If you have an issue with your cell phone, take it to the friendly folks at Verizon located at 1730 Grand. Same if you're tired of your current phone. Phoenix and her staffwere VERY patient helping my 85+ year old Dad upgrade his cell phone! If you like exceptional customer service, visit Verizon at 1730 Grand Avenue. If you like compent, friendly and helpful customer service, then visit Verizon at 1730 Grand Avenue. Now I know that we don't know each other but trust me when I say I'd highly recommend this Verizon store for all your cell phone needs! That's Verizon located at 1730 Grand Avenue. read more

I had one staff member go completely out of his way to answer my questions. I was impressed with his knowledge and he was very honest. He provided alternate options and found an appropriate solution for me. read more

Cellular Plus in Laramie is so professional and helpful! I was having trouble activating a new phone to my Verizon cellular service and Adam H was more than helpful and tried everything plus more to try and get a phone I had been gifted from another service to work. I may be looking for a new phone soon and I know that when I do I will be back to have Adam help me get that one purchased and set up!! 5 star service for sure! read more

Customer service was great, except they're willing to lie to you about rebates to get their sales numbers. I was told in no uncertain terms that I would get $700 on my trade in phone for upgrading to iPhone 12. I only got $70. 10% of what I was promised. No one ever said "up to" or anything like that. I was offered $700 for the phone, and I verbally confirmed that I would get $700 to trade in my old phone. So now I'm stuck paying more each month than budgeted for, and I'm out a backup phone, and there isn't anything I can do about it because I signed the document stating that there is no way in heck I'll ever see that phone again. If I had sold that phone to a private party I probably could have gotten at least half of what they initially promised. I will not be returning to this particular store ever again. read more

We started our adventure with switching our phones from AT&T after 16 years to Verizon in November 2021. They promoted buy one get one free smart watches and trade in credits for our slightly used phones. After receiving one of our phones and two watches in November it took over 5 hours to transfer the phone from AT&T service to Verizon. I had not heard from anyone from Verizon on the phones we had ordered back in November. I reached out to see when we could expect our new phones to arrive, they had been there for weeks. We returned to the store to pick up and activate 2 more phones and once again it took over 5 hours to transfer our phones from AT&T to Verizon. When I questioned the employee on how much longer....she actually said and I quote "How do you think I feel...this is not even my sale!" I could not even respond I was so in shock of what I had just heard. The process has been horrible. The sales person did not give us credits on our bills for buy one get one smart watches. Verizon took our phones as trade in and the paperwork was not completed properly due to training and mass employee turnover at this store. Now it is May 2022 and our phone bill is is still over $150 more than contracted per month. I was told today that if I was on auto-pay it would save money. Who in their right mind would put a bill on auto pay when you are being overcharged for 5-6 months in a row with no end in sight? The worst part about this, this store is only a authorized seller and not a true Verizon store. So when you run into issues they are the only store you can deal with. True Verizon stores will not touch this nightmare, trust me, I tried. If I could go back in time.....I would never trusted the bait and switch scheme due to lack of employee training. The kicker to this whole situation is the lack of compassion and care of what would have been a lasting customer, being treated as if we where the problem and a constant thorn in their side when hoping that all that was requested was for this store to actually do what was implied, written, promised and never delivered. read more

Gone in twice. Neither time was a satisfied as I left. The staff was rude, seemed preoccupied, and generally unhelpful. I went in, asked for help with my phone that was not working. I thought something internal was haywire. He told me that I would have to get it fixed by a special center in Cheyenne. I went to another verizon dealer locally, and they replaced my battery, just to test it. Boom, phone working again. This place sucked, and I'll never go again. read more

Never acknowledgmented my presence. Then made no eye contact and made huge, incorrect assumptions.... acted like he was talking to his mother or girlfriend as he apparently is much more knowledgable than I or anyone else breathing. DRIVE TO FORT COLLINS, CHEYENNE, DENVER....not here! read more

Rude! Rude! Rude! I will not be returning to this location!!! The sales associate acted like I was interrupting his day by paying my bill and having a couple questions. Bad customer service. read more

Great staff, AWESOME service. Emilie went above and beyond to make sure my switch from AT&T to Verizon went as smooth and painless as possible. Was even more than happy to stay later as I showed up later in the afternoon and my visit went past their store hours. Recommend this location, and definitely recommend Emilie! read more

Awesome Service. Helpful and friendly! They saved me money and hooked me up with a jetpack and home phone!

I've been a Verizon wireless customer for 20 years. Dealing with Jason at this store was less than adequate. We had to cancel a phone upgrade and 30 minutes of our time because he wasn't able to complete the transaction as promised. read more

I have found the folks working at this store to be extremely helpful. At times their very small store becomes busy. I believe that because they take the time to really listen to a customers needs and help them find the right product, that leads to wait times. Sorry to hear others had poor experiences. read more
