So, I'm in a tough spot. The guy behind the counter offered me a solution. He might not have been supposed to do this, but he provided me with a loaner phone someone else didn't like. It worked just fine, but they got something new. I went from having a seriously bonkers phone and in big trouble, to having a solution that cost me NOTHING. When my plan allowed me to get a new phone, the first place I went was here. They earned my business. When this phone had some small issues, I tried taking to another Verizon dealer in town. They told me I'd have to get it fixed in Cheyenne, and ship it out. So, I thought, why am I here in the first place, I need to go back to the Music Box. Went there, they replaced the battery and tinkered with it. Boom, fixed. Problem #2, Solution #2. This place seriously earned by business. Of all my reviews, if I could give a 6/5 stars, they'd get it. They're a Verizon retailer that still has the hometown customer service. All thumbs up here.

I got my piano lessons canceled they refuse a refund they keep pushing on me video lessons that I clarified is not working for me cause I don't have a piano yet.. he called to try to school me about how it's not their fault and I should understand their policies and I am overreacting about being fully charged while getting cancelled because of the virus so we should all except getting charged and don't complaint. So they both so far trying to outsmart me in different manipulative ways which makes me think they can't let go and do the right thing cause I am too vocal and a woman probably.. sorry I am not your submissive type of a student in any way you expected me to be due to all your male insecurities I am figuring out. I will keep posting until you give me the refund for the money you are holding without providing the service promised, no plan to give up until you overcome your issues and treat students with respect.

This would not have happened with out the tutoring and guidance from the center. In addition to working with my daughter to improve her score, they talked with her about the importance of starting applications early which helped her to complete her Common App without my nagging. I dropped off the tuners and guitar at 4pm on Tues, and he had it ready for me by 4pm on Wed. Work was carefully done and top notch.
