It took a month, with very little communication from them. After telling me they would call to update me, they almost always failed to call. I had to visit twice a week on my lunch breaks to check on my laptop. Each time I came, the person behind the desk couldn't remember who I was and seemed to have no idea what was going on with my laptop--he always told me he had to call someone else to find out what was going on, who was conveniently never present. Eventually, when I would finally speak with someone who was directly involved with fixing my keyboard, he would tell me it would be finished the next day. For four weeks, it was not finished the next day. The staff was unprofessional. At no point did any of them take any responsibility for the problem. It was either the suppliers' fault--"they sent us a faulty keyboard! Twice!"--or my fault--"We got the feeling from you it wasn't urgent, so we didn't order the part overnight shipping."--or the boss's fault, or the staff's fault. At first I found them polite and then, increasingly, I found them sleazy. I became worried about whether I would get my laptop back at all. Now, I've got it back. They switched the "n" and "b" keys. According to the keyboard they returned me, it should be Nen 10 Computers. I wanted to leave this review so that nobody else has to go through this. Working with Ben 10 was a stressful, exhausting experience.
