The manager Nay talked my wife into switching phones and changing the frontier account by lying to them. He convinced my wife that if she put the frontier in her name she would qualify for the bundle discount Verizon/frontier is offering to switch. Nay lied to her because frontier would not switch her as a new customer. He conned her out of $79.98 and now she has to dispute the transaction with her credit card company. She called corporate but unfortunately this location is not corporate and they would not help her. Nay won't get very far on lies. Nor will this location! Beware and double check if the location you're going to is corporate. I'm pretty sure Verizon would not approve of this guy Nay nor would they hire him. This is probably why he works for this strip mall location which is non corporate! At the end of the day.... Watch out for scammers, they come dressed up like they're corporate material when really they're street level scammers! read more

Recently went there to help a relative that wanted to switch to another service provider, but needed a specific pin from Verizon in order for the new service provider to switch us. Rep lady told us that the new service provider don't need that, that she used to work for them making us think they don't know what their doing. Long story short, she misinformed us but we still managed to get that 6 digit pin by calling the 1-800 number from Verizon. If she didn't misinform us, I wouldn't be writing this review in the first place. It's one thing to try to retain a customer, but another when your misinforming. read more

Hey Arles, you messed up royally pulling a bait and switch with me. Your lying and argumentative behavior is exactly the opposite of what you need in customer service. I am Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I came in to trade in a new phone on the 19th of December and the gentleman (don't remember his name) helping me told me I could get the new iPhone 13 for free with a trade in. I handed him my phone, examined it and wrote up the ticket. He noted it had a small crack in the screen but still functioned. Told me it would be 4 days until I received the phone. I said okay perfect let's do that, and on January 6th the phone finally came in. No call like they said, but no problem. I walked in and Arles gets my phone and says hey do you want to see what we can get for that phone. I said it's already taken care of when I came in prior. He said, well, let me see if I can get you a trade in so you can get the most of of this. I hand him the phone and he says I can give you 440 bucks. Oh okay, that would be cool. No, he meant only 440 towards the trade in after I ordered the phone and the prior employee told me 800. I said we already arranged this prior I'll stick with what I was told weeks ago. Nope, it's cracked. I said it was cracked when I came in. Well, we can't honor that deal, you have to pay the difference, do you still want it? Wtf? No I'm not going to pay that. He says, oh, well I'll put it in as 800 off and you can take it up with Verizon but they will see this crack and only give you 440. Guess what bud, I'm switching after 20 years because of your dumbass. Im taking the phone and will have AT&T pay me 650 per line in exchange for your 360 bucks. You bet your ass in the meanwhile I'm gonna get corporate to refund me too. 20 years??? Over 360 bucks. You're an idiot for losing this loyal customer. read more

I purchased a Samsung Tab A tablet through a Verizon promotion, and for whatever reason the Verizon billing was incorrect. I went back to the store where I had the delightful experience of working with Jordon DuBose. Jordon listened carefully, and asked questions to make sure he understood the issue before making any comments. Then he systematically straightened out the billing issues. I walked in determined to return the tablet and cancel my service, but instead I walked out with the original agreement implemented, and completely satisfied. Best verizon authorized retailer most nice people there super easy to buy items and super fast

I went in to get a screen protector and the boy who "helped" me confirmed the store in victorville had a screen protector for me. This location had one in stock but he assured me the upgraded screen protector was only $0.75 more and it was included with a $150 rebate if broken. So, after driving to the location in victorville they confirmed with me that they hadn't spoken to anyone about the screen protector I was looking for and had no screen protectors in stock for my phone. So upon checking to order online for one to be sent to my house, it was $20 cheaper for the original screen protector that I had wanted, which I could've gotten in store, that day, at the store I had already been to. WASTE OF TIME! AND GAS! And I was not compensated for anything, and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get my screen protector. I wouldn't normally got to an "authorized retailer store" but with covid 19 and the store being closed I had no other choice. I will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN read more

My experience here was amazing! Breanna and the managers were very welcoming and warm. I was having a terrible time with another store (Metro PCS) and Metro kept my money fraudulently....another story! This Verizon stores representatives actually gave me credit on my bill to rectify the situation with Metro. I can't say enough great things about Breanna and this store! It was really important to Breanna that I review my experience when buying the phone and that was all good. The follow up service not so much I went back k to get some help with my emails and no one could help me. Joseph was really patinet but to no avail and we even tried calling tech coach. I ended up having to figure it out on my own Then went back beacause my notes for all my contacts didn't transfer over and Brianna had no clue how to fix the problem. She said she would call yesterday when she figured it out but I didn't hear from her. I guess I am on my own once again. They are all about sales but service is lacking. read more

Don't waste your time at this store. Customer service is crap and all they want is your money. Take your business elsewhere, the manager Kevin does not stick to his word and says one thing while his workers come and tell you another. They say something is one price and charge you another. Had us pay a set up fee and DID NOT SET ANYTHING UP. The sales rep. Christine messed up every single thing she did for us when we were there. If there was a way to make the review a 0 that's how GREAT (not) there service was. Well I previous by request gave a very high rating review ...though after leaving with my phone pix 3 I realized that the phone was malfunctioning...I tried to return the phone and was told to go through Tec support to fix the problem..when Tec support was unable to fix the problem they were not willing to exchange my brand new phone...they gave me the run around ..then I was told if I would get a Note 8 I could exchange it...though when I decided against getting the different phone I was told that I had to go through Verizon to return my phone... After a lot of words and getting really upset the exchange was made possible...not the same service as I received when purchasing the phone...
