I did buy my own router, though, because I did not like the Eero's. Eero's just wouldn't push the amount of speed I wanted for the 2gb service ordered. Once I purchased a high end (Asus Rog Rapture) router, I was good. Great, reliable speeds everywhere with several devices running same time. I am future proofed too when, HOPEFULLY, we can get to 10 gb service. I am really holding out for that. But yeah, I cut the cable and enjoy near perfect speeds streaming. I am impressed at how reliable Metronet has been. Keep up the great work. m

I wanted a specific package for my child who loves My Little Pony and was told I would be receiving it. I did but only for 2 months then they moved it to another package how convenient especially when I made it crystal clear that's the only reason I wanted the package in the first place. Now lets get into their high speed internet what a joke try molasses speed internet. I can barely go onto facebook or anything because of how slow it is. Oh you want to watch some of your favorite shows online try again you CANT because of how slow it runs even when you haven't used any of your data. They take advantage of people and lead them to believe one thing while their "contract" they have you sign says another. When you express your concerns over the contract they reassure(LIE) and make you believe all is well and nothing like that happens. Such a joke I will NEVER in my life use DISH again. Century link was WAY better as well as Comcast. I would choose ANYTHING over these thieves that call themselves DISH.
