I initially purchased an iPhone 16 from this location along with a screen protector and case. The…read moresales representative quickly swiped my card and dismissed me. This is the first Verizon who did not even offer to help put on the screen protector I purchased from them. However, the real issue was they were so quick to swipe my card and dismiss me from their store that they did not even transfer my number from my old phone or help me set up my sims card. This is all while knowing I was unable to use or access my old phone. Since I had a 24hr EMS shift the next morning I spent the next few days unable to call or contact anyone until I could make it back to the Verizon store. When I returned, the staff appeared irritated and did not seem happy about providing service. When I had to return for a fourth time because not all of my contacts had transferred to the new phone they initially said I would have to spend $40 if I wanted their help. Keep in mind I had already spent over $400 at this location and had to return four different times. Safe to say this is the worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with customer service and do not recommend anyone to get a phone from here. They are quick to swipe your card and do not take the time to make sure you have everything set up the way you need.

I happend to go by and see the sign at OPTIMUM on 10th Street in Greenville NC and went in. WHAT A DIIFFERENCE!! I was greeted and fully explained my options by Tisha Peele. Instead of giving up she assisted me with a new phone and my trust was restored! What a knowledgeable and trustworthy person, kind and considerate. All of the other reps were acing her questions and getting guidence on how to do things. Please thank Tisha for me and let her know she saved a customer!

I mentioned the $10 off to him. He said the guy with the long hair did not tell him that I had a code. He walked a few steps into the room behind the register and asked the guy did I tell him about the code and the guy confirmed that I did. Because he wasn't told about this prior to ringing me up he will not honor the code and give me the $10 off. This is terrible customer service and I will not return.

Stay away. I thought Suddenlink was bad and wanted to switch over. It took CenturyLink 6 weeks…read moreand rescheduling 3 times before I got service. Next day I tested my link because web pages were failing to load. ; whenever I pinged any website the latency was 1000 to 1500ms. When I called tech support, Some lady in India with a fake American name called Audry, said after testing the connection from their end, told me nothing is wrong with my everything is fine. When I requested a tech support person, they scheduled on to come 6 days later. When I said I just got my service yesterday and couldn't test while the tech was here. She told me that is my fault. After a 2nd call and another tech told me the same thing, 6 days for service. I canceled Centurylink. I make a living working from home, I need better service than having to wait for 6 days. For now I am sticking with SuddenLink despite the connections timing out once or twice a day it is still a good internet connection and their customer services give a damn.
