Logan is AWESOME!!! I went in there near-broke and desperate, because the battery died on my iPhone and I was afraid I couldn't afford a new phone. Not to worry! He more than saved my day. Logan searched through deals to not only get me a new, state-of-the-art iPhone, but minimized my out-of-pocket expense AND lowered my monthly bill!! I was paying separate subscriptions for streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney and HBO. I can get them through Verizon and save money per month, plus get ESPN! Logan patiently downloaded all my stuff from the cloud and set up my new iPhone. I'm sure his job gets boring but he never showed it. He was a pleasure to deal with all the way. I've been with Verizon since December 2001, and chiefly because of the stellar customer service. Verizon offers competitive deals, so talk to their reps before you are tempted to switch to what seems like a "better offer" from a competitor. If I could give negative stars this location would definitely get a -5. Daniel Judd greeted us like he was trying to sell us a car and I literally couldn't get a word out. I don't know if his smedium shirt was uncomfortable or what but this guy was a total cartoon character in the way he acted. I tried to tell him my situation and he literally stopped me and told me I was wrong. I then tried to show him what Verizon had offered me online and he was like "what are you trying to show me I already know what it is I've been doing this for 7 years and it's not going to change my mind" This guy is literally the WORST customer service rep. I walked out and told this guy thanks for wasting my time and he lost my service. Don't ever go to this store and if you do, don't go to the big cocky dousche bag trying to act like he's some hot shot sales man. read more

I went to this location for an issue I had with my iPhone about 4/5 days ago. Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the young lady with glasses that help me. After having a bad experience with one of the reps at the location on N. Berkley with the unsatisfactory customer service. I was helped with my small phone issues ands then I was on my way. I think it took the young lady about 10 minutes to help me. Next time I am in town visiting relatives and I have an issue with my cellphone, I will definitely make the ride to Rosewood for better professional customer service. read more

Very poor service! The facility had a very strong odor of smoke. The service was horrible. The sales associate I encountered ( I used the term sales associate very loose) was racist and very disrespectful! I Encourage others to spend their money at an establishment that will provide you respect and appreciation for you deciding to patronize their establishment. I went in at 8:30 this morning with a broken phone. I'm aware Verizon can only sell me a new phone. But I was hoping they could give a professional opinion about whether I could fix my phone or just buy a new one and transfer over everything. The guy handed me a card for a Battery plus store. I asked if he happened to know when they opened, he replied "I don't work there. I don't know. Call them". Ouch. He was Just was so cavalier about it. Whether I have to get a new phone or not, I will NeVER take my business to this Verizon store. And as soon as I can get my family's three phones switched to a new carrier I surely will. read more
