I had no landline, internet, or cell, both inside my house and outside in my yard. so I called. iris seemed very help. she told me my equipment was outdated. she made me an appointment Sunday at 12:00. she said she sent details about the appointment and how to hook up the equipment afterwards. she said she sent it to my email and to my phone which couldn't get a signal. when I arrived to spectrum office in Fremont Ohio, there was chaos. lots of people, the kiosk wasn't working. I was at a technology store and their technology didn't work? so I finally get an associate. they gave me printed instructions. it all seemed easy enough. I get home and get everything hooked up and I can't get it working. obviously I couldn't call, and I couldn't get on the internet either. but I am required to use the internet to get it started. how stupid is that! so I went back to the store. they said everything was working. but it wasn't. he set up an appointment, almost a week later!!! no phone internet, nothing for almost a week!!! so we continued struggling with it. my daughter and I. finally it worked again. my daughter said she was doing the same thing I was. the associates at the Fremont store showed absolute stupidity and were very rude. all they would have had to do was set it up on the internet! which we couldn't even access because we had no internet!

Like a lot of businesses they've gotten cocky with their customer base. It came with my house 4…read moreyears ago and in the last 3 months I have had constant issues. I drew the line when my internet went out AGAIN, and the 1st call tech lied to me to get off the phone and when I called back, obviously irritated, the second tech hung up on me. Of course my internet was out all night, coming back on in the morning and then again going out that night. I disconnected everything, went to another company and more than tripled my up and down speeds for $20 less a month. When I called to cancel, again nothing but crap customer service. Hindsight, wished I'd left sooner. Oh and as I write this, apparently the service is down again.
