Worst experience ever! Sales rep was an absolute idiot! We were charged for 7 phones when we only have 4. We have spent 2 months trying to get this sorted out with hours wasted at the store and on the phone. We should have never switched from AT&T. Only because you have to choose a star. My wife went in with her pixel 3, it wasn't working. We have the extended warranty to cover issues. She was "helped" by a sale guy named Jack (good name providing the service she received). She was told the pixel 3 has internal battery issues (ok, we have a warranty) he convinced her that Verizon would supply a refurbished pixel 3 with same issues. At this point she was concerned due to some travel plans coming up. So she asked about a trade in- he told her that would make us lose our unlimited plan. So he said he would order a pixel 6 and we could take it or cancel once arrived. So I called Verizon, they couldn't understand why they wouldn't use the warranty- at this point it doesn't matter because now my wife can't trust the replacement because he warned of failure. Next the service would NOT be affected and we can trade in for the 350 credit offered. This place is a reseller of service- independently owned- BUYER BEWARE- they are looking for the quick buck. Order will be cancelled and will stick with online Verizon orders first. The calls to get them stink, but at least the customer service is there. read more

Steven at Verizon in Union, KY led us through the phone upgrade process smoothly. My husband and I were resistant for two years to upgrade because I hate learning a new phone. Steven showed us the new iPhone that was almost a perfect match to our old one and helped to set us up perfectly. He answered all questions and was very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend the individual attention you get at this store. read more

If I could give them a zero I would. I bought a new IPhone 8 and paid for the whole phone on my credit card. I didn't realize it but they charged me a $35 set up fee without asking. They also signed me up for a protection plan without asking and they charged my credit card for my monthly bill which had already been sent in the mail and wasn't even due for another week and a half - without asking. I called them and they acted like I was in the wrong for even asking. I am sure they get incentives but I will never go back to this place. read more

Be very careful dealing with these guys. I decided to try this new store since the corporate store on mall road is always awful. I went in and purchased a new iPhone after mine was damaged and paid for it in full. As I received email and text notifications in the days after my purchase I find that they not only added the monthly "device protection" that I had declined, they added a $1.00 device purchase plan like I was paying off a $1 phone over 24 months. Obviously some incentive for the store and/or salesperson and they thought I wouldn't notice or care about the 8 cents a month. Verizon phone customer service was able to straighten it out after 30 minutes on the phone. Pretty slimy and deceptive sales practices. I won't be going back here. read more
