Let me first state that this review is in regard to the cellular phone store at 1187 W. Eads Parkway at Florence Dr., Lawrenceburg,Indiana. This store currently has a Verizon sign over the entrance. I went to this store thinking it was an ATT store and I wrote a review thinking that it was an ATT store. Now, I am not certain who owns it, but I can recommend it based on the excellent service I received!!!! AND..here is what happened. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on line and when it arrived, it came without a manual. I watched a video on line as to how to transfer my data from my Iphone to the Samsung using Samsung's "Smart Switch", which I then attempted to utilize (dumb move on my part!) in order to transfer my iphone apps and data to my Samung...and ended up with a LOCKED cell phone that was now essentially a paper weight!!! My wife recommended what she thought was an ATT store at this location, as she had heard good things about it. So I took my LOCKED Samsung to them and asked for help. I had been to two places in Northern Kentucky who told me there was nothing that could be done. Well the gentleman "Edward" (Eddie) at the "Russell Cellular" or Verizon store 1187 W. Eads Parkway said, "No problem, I think we can get it unlocked AND transfer most of your data and apps." I was flabergasted! Here was a guy who said he could unlock my Samsung Paperweight And transfer most of my data and apps!! And behold, 3 hours and 5 minutes later I had an unlocked, quite useable Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with the majority of my apps and data on it!!! I was overjoyed!!! EDWARD didnt know me from Adam and was under NO obligation to help me since I did not buy my phone from his store!! He was polite, quite knowledgeable and seemed very eager to serve customers!! His coworker Ron was also as hospitable as could be! Will I go back? You bet your boots I'll go back! In a world where customer service is usually by phone with someone you can barely understand, this experience not only refreshing, but pleasant and just plain GOOD BUSINESS!!! Thanks again Eddie!!! I have NEVER been treated this well and so efficiently in any cell phone store anywhere. If YOU need a cell phone, or help with one, GO HERE FIRST!!! read more

Horrible store. Untrained employee lying to customers to upgrade and saying there's promotions and bogos for phones and we believe him. Until the bills come due and we are being charged full price. And all they have to say is sorry there's no bogos for that phone. Even tho it was their employee that offered it. And Verizon shows a bogo and excepted the offer. it's disgusting they way we were treated. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Go to a different carrier or if you must have Verizon go to a box store that might care about the customer because this place doesn't care. read more

Alright so first and foremost my partner came in and ordered a new phone and case a week or two ago and was told by the lady working at the time that she could trade in her old phone for about $400 dollars whenever her new phone arrived and that lady seemed very helpful. When we came in to pick up her new phone the manager (I believe he was the manager, his name was Carter I think) talked in circles a lot, acted like anything she said was incorrect, was trying to make very personal conversation to the point of it being rather flirtatious on top of it all he was WATCHING HER PHONE a bit too closely when she went to see if her pictures had transferred correctly which obviously made us both very uncomfortable because there are personal photos so she just shut off her phone instead of continuing to scroll and we had to wait until we left to go through and make sure the photos were transferred correctly. He did not tell her until the very end of setting up her phone that it would end up costing her $90 and some odd dollars and that the trade in would only be good for $350 instead of $400 which he SHOULD have stated before he even started setting up her phone. We feel as though he was very smug, unprofessional, rather flirtatious and that he should have been up front about the costs that had to be paid today. And on top of it all he took no responsibility when confronted about the fact that she should have been informed about the cost at the beginning of the interaction instead of at the end, instead he bashed the original employee that helped my partner and said that she had just went on vacation and is very spacey. 100% not satisfied and I would not recommend anyone going to this store, I would definitely recommend going straight through an official Verizon store. read more
