We swapped to Verizon three almost 4 months ago, and since the beginning our bill has been incorrect. I spent my holidays on calls with customer service with store individuals going back-and-forth. Have been told multiple different rates at this point, I've been told multiple different people were wrong and incorrect in what they told me multiple times... Each time people have given me an increased rate from what was previously discussed. After thinking, everything was resolved, the new statement came, and it is still incorrect, and they are now stating that the best they can do is still an increased amount from what was previously discussed, which was still an increased amount from what we walked out of the store agreeing to pay. Nobody is willing to honor what was agreed upon. I'm being ignored despite being given direct numbers. I've been hung up on despite not even yelling. Do not go to the store or work with Verizon as a whole due to their incompetence. There should be no reason that of the 10+ folks I've spoken to since swapping I'm being given different rates over and over. If I could give less than one star I would. read more

Why do I have to plan 3 hrs to get a home upgrade? Waiting at Farmington for over an hour (the workers are upselling all customers on BS stuff). Worker tells us to go to CenCenterville as no one is there. I take his word for stand guess what?? 3 hours to upgrade phones. Not only took forever! Their selection was terrible. We had to order our phones in. The only places to sit are slabs of wood. 3 hrs sitting on a board. No customer care at this Verizon store. The customer area kept cold as well. All the staff hang out in the back where I assume they must have heat & comfortable seating. read more

Zero stars! Spent 4 HOURS in the store. 3 employees there. One working the other two were "in training" at no point in time during the 4 hours did either of the employees get trained on anything. They just sat there. Multiple people came in for help and the employees would say "we will be with you in a moment" so many people waited for over an hour for help. It was ridiculous. After 4 HOURS they messed so many things up with our phones that they could help us and figure out what went wrong. They ended sending us to another store. Then we got home and one of our phones just stopped working. We went into our account and they had removed that phone from our account. Such a mess. So we had to go back to the store for another hour and get them to add that phone back on. Zero training , zero management or customer service. Horrible, horrible experience!!!! read more

I wish I could send a 0 star. I worked with Kaleb. He was terrible. He sold me a phone I didn't want, then a watch I didn't need. I never took the watch from the bag. When I went back to trade them for an iPhone he dissed on iPhones, called me a liar and called me a dumb shit numerous times. I'm 61. Dishonest sales reps. First of all, I had no idea that this wasn't a real Verizon store until I saw the charge on my credit card statement. I had to call because I didn't recognize the name of the company and was concerned about fraud. Nowhere does it say "Victra" at all visable in the store. I got a new phone at this location in the Fall and was told that the screen protection program that a I also purchased included free replacements any time. I didn't think this sounded too good to be true because I have family members who enjoy this perk at other Verizon stores nationwide. I've been present multiple times when my husband, sister, mom, etc. have had their screen protectors replaced at a Verizon store in less than 5 minute. Turns out, that was a flat out lie. Not only can I not get my screened replaced at this location, but even with the "program", I have to pay a $10 shipping fee. I went into the store to find out why this is the case and the sales rep offered no solutions at all. The $45 screen I bought is actually less than $2 on Amazon (I know because I bought a 3 pack for $5.99 a few minutes ago). I will never give this location my business again. This place is so shady and I would not recommend it to anyone. We've been Verizon customers for almost 20 years and I've had good experiences at many "Verizon Retailers" but this place is dishonest and misleading. Worst customer service on the planet! I ordered phones, they said they'd call me when they arrived, I never got a call. Every time I call I get routed to a call center because they never answer and never call me back. We picked up our phones, traded in our old ones. 45 days later this still have not sent my phones back. So now I'm being charged full price for new phones because they neglected to send my phones in. So then they sent something in... I don't know what, because Verizon says it's not my phones. Now I am having to go into the store AGAIN to pick up my phones and mail them back myself, if they even still have them. At this point they have stolen my phones. I didn't get trade in credit and I feel as though they've probably sold them. I'm so unhappy with the service I have received from this location. I will NEVER come back to work with them again. read more

Ordered a phone on nov 14 the told me the phone would be delivered on the 9-13 of December they said they'd call when it was delivered, I called the 9th and found out they received the phone 4 days after I ordered it on the 18th of nov they told me since the phone had just been sitting there for 2 weeks that had to cancel my order, though the phone that I ordered was in the store and not bought by anyone they couldn't sell me the phone that I ordered, they said they would have to order another phone which they said would be delivered the end of December, it is almost impossible to talk to the store on the phone without having to talk to customer service you have to go in even though they promised me it wouldn't happen again I didn't want to take that risk of waiting for a second month to receive a phone in the event they didn't call me when it was it was in I didn't want to have to walk into the store every few days to make sure since it is almost impossible to talk to the storefront on the phone, I would suggest not wasting your time and just go to a real Verizon. read more

They will deceive you, and because they're not an official Verizon store, they will not abide by any of Verizon's policies. Do yourself a big favor and find yourself an official Verizon store. Took off my screen protector and then proceeded to make us go and replace it ourselves spending 12 dollars when it should be free and the phone that they had the protector for has lots of air bubbles go to a real Verizon store. read more
