Our phones were only down briefly. Their customer service is top notch. I had an issue with my wireless headset not fitting correctly. I tried for 2+ months to find the "correct fit" with the one they provided me. After being totally frustrated, I called Christine, who is absolutely awesome. Some of the absolute worst customer service I've seen. Outages every other day. They say to call…read morewhen it happens but then turns out you have to have PC from the Stone Age with an actual Ethernet port plugged straight into their modem for them to even diagnose the issue. Finally I plug an Xbox into their modem and he says "there's the problem, basic service doesn't include a public IP address which is absolutely necessary if you plan on gaming online" to which I respond "then why does my gaming work flawlessly when your service is up and running and then the service goes down at random even when I'm not gaming?" Then he gets frustrated and says "you know what, I'll just have someone else talk to you" then transfers me. I should have stayed in Provo where the fiber service from Google fiber is actually reliable.
