I don't like to write negative reviews, but I find myself disturbed by what happened to us on our last visit. I should say first that the salesperson with whom we worked was stellar and in no way participated in what I thought was a needlessly uncomfortable moment for my family, myself, and for others in the store. This complaint concerns a staff member who seemed like a floor manager and who paired us with a salesperson as we entered. At some point, he directed another customer to some phones along a wall and, in a booming voice, said "Those are the Obama phones." While this reference to a debunked bit of propaganda might be forgivable (the Lifeline program was created in 1984 under Ronald Reagan and was expanded to cell phones under Geroge W. Bush in 2008), what happened next was disturbing. The staff member continued, saying something close to the following: See, everyone stopped talking! Indeed, everyone had. Some tried to make jokes. Others stood in silence. The tone and language of the staff member made it clear that he intended to be purposely provocative. While I have no problem with political speech, even political propaganda, this was a place of business and that uncalled-for provocation interfered with a legitimate transaction. My family saw what was going on and was uncomfortable, but we remained in the store because the salesperson we were working with happened to be gracious. We will, however, think twice about setting foot in that store again. read more

Verizon and other wireless cellphone providers usually get a hard rap for service and prices. I have to say the last time I went in here to upgrade my phone I received really good service here (last month I think). The manager took good care of me and all the staff members working in general were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. I was not pressured to buy services or products that I did not want or need and the manager worked with me to find the service that was right for me...which was just an upgrade with my phone and including internet. He talked me through the mail in rebate and told me exactly what I needed to do in order to get my rebate including cutting the box rebate off the box for me and taking care of my receipts etc. I bought a cover and screen protector which he took the time to install for me. He also took the time to transfer all my contacts and my pictures from my old phone to my new phone. It was obvious that he loved and enjoyed his job by the way he treated his customers. Wait time in the store was not that long at all. The store was clean and inviting and I was greeted by happy workers the moment I walked into the door. This has to be the rudest, most immature group of employees I've ever encountered in 42 years. Offered absolutely zero assistance and I basically walked in with more tech understanding than they had. Way to scrape the bottom of the barrel for labor. read more

I would like to say service was bad but there wasn't any. You would think after buying a new iPhone and spending thousands for wireless service every year they would take the time to answer a few questions and help set it up. Nope, they couldn't be bothered. Their objective was to get our money and get us out of the store as fast as they could. We have 5 phones on our plan and need to update the other 4. I won't be buying them from this store and I'm not sure I will even stay with Verizon. read more

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a Verizon wireless store. no one greeted me when I came in or asked if I needed any help all of the employees standing around on there tablets. I approached and spoke to an employee and was put on a waiting list in which they said it was a 45 minute wait and after an hour and a half of waiting I left because the manager and another employee were too busy being very rude and unprofessional arguing with two other customers. I will never go back to this store nor do I recommend anyone going here unless you want horrible customer service from not only the employees but also management.. read more

One of the worst Verizon stores I have ever been to. The woman didn't even check me in. When asked how to go about fixing a broken screen she laughed at me. Never checked to see if I had insurance and told me to go to Rita's to get my screen fixed...a VERIZON WIRELESS STORE TOLD ME TO GO TO AN ICE CREAM SHOP TO FIX MY PHONE. She was completely rude and I wish I went back to get her name. The Verizon store on Clemens Center Parkway is a million times more accommodating. read more

Extremely rude and unprofessional employees and management. Worst experience I have ever had in any store in my entire life. I will never go back to that location and I have even considered switching phone providers because of the disrespect I was treated with as a customer. Went in to ask a few questions about my current plan and no one helped me with what I went in for they basically we're trying to get me to switch certain things which made no sense to do I believe they were trying to get as much of my money as possible, seemed to be all they cared about rather than giving me the better deal to satisfy my accommodations. This place never has anything in stock. I literally travel the entire country but I am often back in this area for the holidays. I always need something from Verizon and unfortunately when I am home for the holidays, I have to rely on this, The crappiest of all locations. You would think that they would be properly stocked up on AirPods given the fact that it is the Christmas season. Your thought would be wrong. This is the most ill managed store. They desperately need to fire the entire staff and start over again. It is riddled with inept workers with little to no knowledge about any of their products and clearly it's being managed by someone who can't even properly stock their shelves. I desperately wish there was a better option. I would also like to remind everyone that this is the store that sold me a refurbished phone as though it was brand new then refused to do anything about it even after Apple confirmed that it was a refurbished unit. Thankfully Apple themselves made good on the product and replaced the phone. Definitely a skeezy location full of very underhanded employees. I do not recommend doing any more business than absolutely necessary for lack of other options read more
