We have had expert movers move us across states so we are aware of what to expect and we communicated our needs clearly to the owner Eric and throughout the move. We even had to help and be a part of the move to get it done. Most of the crew did not follow our instructions or Eric's. Eric himself caused damages. The service was not as promised and definitely not expert, there was less care taken than we have experienced with day movers hired from UHaul. One item that was damaged was partially remedied with a good resolution but when I provided Eric the list of additional damages, including damages to the lawn, large ruts, and tried to work on a resolution to reimburse us for damages he showed up unannounced to our home with an officer. I was never provided the certificate of insurance which I requested prior to the move. I understand our move was complex but we were charged an additional $2,233. The discussion about damages went from civil to no discussion at all. The move was not complete after the 2 days and he promised to finish it on Saturday but he reneged and instead showed up with an officer and was not willing to discuss the damages.
