They also took full boxes of stuff back with them when they left. I guess that is why It is leaking in the back room after they did the roof. They had insurance if I bought a certain shingle, the same price as the other shingles and it was mostly for wind damage. They did not register the shingle for that insurance, so basically they stole 300.00 dollars off of me. I put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, a month ago, but they did not put that there was a complaint on record after 30 days, if they didn't respond, you guessed it, they didn't respond. At around the same time,, I had my breast cancer surgery, and 2 days later I broke my wrist. I told them I was paying by check or cash because I would get a discount. They dropped their work crew of Mexicans (they asked me if I would be offended) I told them I didn't care what color or anything else, if they knew how to put a roof on, I was okayed with that. They didn't drop back about getting their payment that day, Early in the morning I got a call from sales, who said he was sending someone for the check, but said I could not because I couldn't write or sign it. He sent someone anyway and said he( would have someone help me write the check, I refused the person who came, I was still in my nightgown, and I was going to the bank later. They said the big boss was not going to be happy. So the big boss called me and said he heard I would not pay them. It pissed me off, I had to wait for months for them to come out to do the roof, after paying a large deposit, then showing me a list of 30 or more roofs that was before me, and he already had my check and it was a large cancellation fee. I said I was going to the bank, and it was the same bank he used. All I had to do is transfer the money. In total, it was over 11,000 dollars for a double-wide house, that was mostly flat. I paid probably 2000 dollars for the stuff they took back or more. I called them about the 300.00 dollars for the insurance, and they had a group of roofers go by my house, heckling me, I guess to intimidate me. You don't mess with a Philly girl, we just get mad! The team came, they were very nice had good attitudes and were honest, they did clean work and cleaned up after themselves. When one planned part of the job turned out to not be necessary Aaron shared that with me and removed it from the bill. I am surprised with how much better my house looks with new gutters and I am now looking forward to the next rain! They replaced 2 gutters, 3 down spouts and added cleats to my roof.

He got back to me that same night with the quote and I asked when he was available and he said the next morning. He showed up as he said he would and got to work around 9am. 4:30pm rolls around and he said he was going to get a bigger tarp to haul the brush away with. Came back and he did just that. I got home from an errand and walked my yard to find he was gone but a bunch of debris leftover that he didn't even do anything with, he left a bush half cut out(his chain snapped and he decided he couldn't do anything with the rest), a bunch of weeds that didn't get pulled along with many other things. I messaged him and he explained he didn't have anymore room on his truck and said he meant to message me to tell me he'd be back in the morning and I said that would be great. It's been over a week now and he never came back to finish the job. So i essentially paid him $165 just to mow my lawn and not even do half of the spring clean up. 10/10 would not recommend. When numbers on the estimate were excessive compared against norms and I caught him in a few lies I requested he not cash my check within 24 hours. I tried to stop payment but the check had been cashed. My friend persuaded me that they would do a great job so he completed approx 3 hours of work but when Brandon could not provide answers, a contract, a license or proof of insurance I knew I had been fooled. I filed with the Attorney General first, he didn't respond to them. I filed with the local district magistrate and he failed to show up for court yesterday. A brief explanation to the judge and the ruling was against him.
