The sales team was very professional and friendly. I was greeted warmly when I walked in despite a small bit of morning rush. I was helped by Dakota who listened to my needs and was understanding of my situation. He and another associate named Elijah helped me find a perfect solution for my wife and I to get new Pro iPhones without breaking the bank. They explained the current promotions and answered my questions. The managers on staff were very nice as well. The overall vibe of the store was positive and I appreciate it since upgrading phones isn't everyone's favorite pastime. This team made the process smooth. We walked into this Verizon to inquire about purchasing four new iPhone 16 pro max devices for the entire family. We are lifelong Verizon customers who have used the carrier for many many years. Upon arrival, the exterior looked new and the store was not overly busy. This was exciting! We asked to look around first, so we could see the sizing options prior to buying. While we were looking at the apple display, a worker who was with another customer pushed between us and stood directly in front of us to start telling another customer about the display we were looking at. She had a short bob haircut and was very rude to us. She did not say excuse me or ask us to move-- but instead stood directly in front of us by just a few inches. It was awkward, we left, and we are driving to Apple to purchase the phone directly from a retailer with class and respect for customers. We were in this location for a maximum of three minutes and won't be back. I would not recommend this location due to poor customer service! read more

The store in Columbia, Tennessee SUCKS! I needed a replacement phone. My keeps dropping service. Was told I would have it the next day. I still don't have it. No one could tell me anything about the replacement phone I am supposed to be getting! They do not know their heads from their asses! So I just spent 40 minutes on the phone with Verizon Headquarters in New York. I still don't know when or if I'm getting my replacement phone! WTF! Verizon is terrible! Verizon committing fraud. Pay close attention to the details. Verizon and their associates lie through their teeth. Promising to pay for this and zero for that. I researched their latest deal promising to pay my balance and give me 400 bucks guaranteed towards my next phone. Complete and total lies. Not only did they charge the FULL PRICE of the phone over thirty six months. They wanted SIX HUNDREDAND SIXTY DOLLARS DOWN AS WELL FOR A TOTAL OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR AN APPLE PHONE. So me and my family had just moved to Tennessee and we had metro and the cell Signal want very good so we decided that we were going to switch to Verizon, we get our first bill for the month and we were only supposed to be paying for four lines and, they had us paying for eight. For even just eight lines with a military discount it was more than $400.We went into the Verizon store and we told them our situation, the lady that helped us was very rude, and she said she can't help us the only thing g we could do is sit on the phone with costumer service for the whole day. We had told her we tired and when we asked for a supervisor they hung up on us, we had just bought three brand new phones and keep this in mind we didn't even have the phones for a month. We are at the store and they say they we can return the phone that we don't need anymore cause we are switching back to metro. My family will no longer been working with Verizon!!! read more

Verizon stores are usually the worse way to take care of your phone business. They're usually busy and understaffed. BUT, this place is the worse Verizon store and worse retail experiences I've ever encountered. Went in for a simple phone transfer and all they did was put me on the phone with Verizon instead of running it himself through the Verizon system. The Account Rep put me on the phone and promised to return. He never did. It took 25 minutes to get that Rep who was out of sight in the rear of the store. The place became busy after I arrived and the manager seemed ill-equipped to handle the load. Bluntly, he had his head up his butt. No one said a word to me besides the person who greeted me with Hello. that same person walk around the store with nothing to do.
