Cannot recommend this location enough! My mom and I went here for the first time a couple of nights ago with a whole list of things that we needed to take care of: splitting my number/account from her existing account to a new account, phone upgrade, inquiries about adding another line at a later date, etc. Sean was extremely helpful and patient. He was attentive and answered all of my questions. I don't upgrade my phone often, because it's such a pain, but I appreciate all the help Sean provided--he made it pretty painless! Out of convenience, I went to a different location to add the additional line this evening. While we got what we needed as far as devices, we realized that the service was less than complete and we would have to return to the store. I drove straight over to this location where Ronnie and Nichole happily assisted in making sure that everything we needed was taken care of. Bravo! read more

Do NOT go to this Verizon store. Truly a horrible experience. Similar to what other customers have stated. Went in to pre-order the new Iphone. They mislead you by printing out an inaccurate cheaper quote. They said that was a "mistake" and the next quote was an additional $24/month. When I asked to have a print out of that quote, they couldn't print it out... despite printing out the inaccurate quote? When I asked what the prorated next month bill would be, they refused to tell me. The manager told me to just buy it first and then they would tell me?? Another representative reset the tablet and somehow came up a new quote now of $41/month. When I asked them to explain the discrepancy in price, they refused. How is it possible to have 3 separate quotes within 20 minutes for the exact same phone, plan, storage capacity? The manager walked away when pressed with questions. Went there today to look into replacing my ancient flip phone with a smart phone. Asked if I could get a few basic instructions on how to use it if I purchased one and was told "no." I said "not even how to turn it on and off?" Was told no. I was told if I wanted instructions, I should get an Apple product and go to their store for instructions. Asked about transferring contacts to new phone and was told that would be $30. Last time I had that done, it was no charge. I will be breaking up with Verizon after 20 some odd years. read more

We updated our phones this weekend and we had a horrible experience. WE had gone in and asked questions and explained our situation and what we wanted before we had made a decision. After we decided and got it all set up online we found out that they had lied to use on various issues. We had told them we wanted two lines and they told us it would be $55.00 per line, but when we got to the store they told use that we had to have 4 lines. They had told us the deal on the phones was just until the end of the year, but later found out from a representative online that the deals will go for about a year. I could not believe that they felt justified in lying outright. So unprofessional. This will more than likely be the last time we have Verizon phone service. read more

A few months ago I was thinking about upgrading my existing Verizon phones/plan so I went to this Verizon location instead of trying to do everything over the phone (i.e. - exchange and go home with new phones that day). The experience there was awful - I never actually met with a salesperson in the end. I got to the store and their three salespeople were already assisting others, but no one was ahead of me. That was fine with me, and I waited, however nobody their acknowledged me at all for twenty minutes. Finally, someone came over and asked if I had an appointment, which I didn't. However I was told I would be next, so "not much longer". "Not much longer" turned into another 45 minutes waiting, in which one guy got to cut line because he "had already ordered a phone, so they just had to grab it from the back" (which took at least 20 minutes) and another person because "they already had scheduled an appointment". While I was waiting the over one hour there, several people even came in and left since no one acknowledged them. Awful! I ended up leaving and doing everything over the phone, and having to wait for new phones to be shipped to me. Thanks to this Verizon store for nothing!!! read more

We went back to this store to return the phones and the same person that told us we had to come back to drop off the phones told us that we have to mail in the phones. We made 2 hour round trip based on what he told us we had to do last time. I was very upset and he thought it was funny. Very unprofessional. Worst costumer service ever. They conned us into a smart watch, said it was ours since we bought a new phone and upgraded our plan. I tried to turn off the service since no one uses the watch. Lol. They said I'd have to pay $450. to buy the watch or continue to pay the $20 monthly for the next 3 years. Shame on me for not reading every single line before signing the dotted line. Vani is the worst sales manager I have ever dealt with, she had a new hire that was doing his best assist me. The first manager that was there was great and when she left Vani took over, didn't setup my new account and then kicked me out at 7:10 when my account still wasn't set up because I had a new rep working on transferring my 4 lines. Daniel was amazing but for a manager to degrade a new associate in front of clients and tell the associate that even if the customer isn't helped that the store closed ten minutes ago I need to leave. I went in at 4 and left at 7:10 with phones that were unactivated. read more

If there were a zero I'd choose it. Service here has gone into the toilet. They've moved over to the next storefront from the corner since I was last here. There were three reps wandering around when I arrived and not one bothered to greet me or check me in. I was there for at least ten minutes before one of the reps went over to someone else who came in after me and started to check them in! They finally got it straight and I was assisted by a rep. Maybe it was nap time as various reps kept going in and out of the new secret back room and upon their return they looked like they had just awakened. I don't post negative reviews but this level of poor customer assistance just floored me! read more

I got tossed between 4 different customer service reps with no solution to my issue and then showed up to the store where they didn't have a solution so precedes to call the same customer service people I spent an hour talking to, all to tell me they didn't have a solution either. I came in here to try and break my ATT contract and get some better coverage. We'd done our research online so were pretty sure how everything should work with regard to paying ETF fees and porting our number and all that. At first they seemed really helpful and trying to go over the plan options with us. Then suddenly it turned into we absolutely had to trade in our (practically new) iPhones and buy new Verizon iphones (same models) to get everything to work correctly. I really felt like they were trying to snow us and with the sales guy and the manager both trying to talk at the same time it very quickly came to a head. The employees do not give full disclosure on products and services and you find out later that you are being charged for something they didn't even mention. First went to Sean to switch over from T-Mobile to Verizon. Sean was very helpful. I'm also in sales so I knew the routine. Came back a week later because my iPhone7 arrived in the mail and I needed to activate it. Sean was on vacation so I had 50 minutes to activate all three phones. TAMMY ROCKED IT!!! She was nice knew I was on a time crunch, and knew I didn't want accessories and she hit out out of the ball park. If you need someone to talk to, go find Tammy. She's awesome! read more

This store totally disregarded my 89 year old mother when she went in to pick up a new phone I ordered for her. She needed help activating it and transferring her contacts to the phone, although not standard procedure it can be done by the representatives. I then had to spend 3 hours on the phone with tech support to get this accomplished (she is 89 has severe arthritis, just lost my dad to corna virus and a bit of time on their part would have been something that would have been considered by me (originally a Bell Atlantic customer) a decent thing to do when there was only one other customer in the store and more than one sales people available. Due to a severe cluster F*&) I decided to transfer the number to Comcast and return the phone. My mother returned the phone within the 14 day return policy. The customer service help was much kinder to her on that day than the day she picked up the phone and returned the phone for her. I then received my bill for the month and found that I had a $100 early termination fee. I call customer service and find out that the phone was not returned to the warehouse and that I needed to call the store to get them to take the $100 termination fee off of my account. Well Yeahhh you cannot reach anyone in the store at all. THEY DO NOT PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!!!! I live over an hour away from the store and now have to go down to that store this weekend so that I can get them to take care of this nonsense! I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY A TERMINATION FEE FOR A PHONE I DO NOT HAVE!!!!! I am really really really disappointed in this whole mess. I have spent the last few weeks trying to get my mom a cell phone so she would be able to be connected to her children and grand children and feel safe. Well now comcast has a phone number that has been with Verizon for over 20 years and you have a nasty review for your store! So would you please try to pick up your phone????? Worse experience with this store after I got a bill for $871. I thought they were helping me when I went in with my sons phone who ported his phone number to another carrier and left me with his phone and his balance of $735 for his phone. I was told they can give me a $255 gift card which I used to pay off my February payment and to buy out my phone since less was owed on it and the balance would transfer from my sons phone that I gave them to mine and I would not be responsible for his phone then. I called verizon and they in turn transferred me to the store that did and basically I was told I knew the outcome. Why would I pay $630 to pay off my phone knowing i would need to pay on my sons phone on my next bill. Even the manager was rude, I will never deal with this store again read more

I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE YOU TO GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE I went to this store for a new phone, obviously. I didnt know what I wanted but my previous phone was a moto z2, which had a shatter proof screen. It was having battery problems so I went in to get a new phone but didn't know exactly what I was going to get. Fransisco was my sales rep who showed me a few other options. I ended up getting the moto z3 because of the price, and because I assumed it had a shatter proof screen like the previous version. Anyway, I MADE MULTIPLE COMMENTS THAT I HAVE A TENDANCY TO DROP PHONES SO IM BUYING IT FOR THE SCREEN. Not once in our conversation did he mention that they went away from the shatter proof screens. I would not of purchased this phone knowing this. Anyway...4 weeks after I purchase the phone my phone is totally shattered. So I call the store to find out how this could of happened. This is when I learned that the screen is no longer shatter proof. IMO, and probably the majority would think it is the sales reps responsibility to correct customers when they are wrong. Jeff, the manager, was an absolute a-hole when I discussed the situation with him. He told me I had two options. Contact Motorola or buy a new phone. read more

We purchased two new Apple phones and gear. When we ran into a minor problem--my husband was receiving my text messages--three employees (helping no other customers!) in the store gave us the wrong information on how to fix it. We were told--it's an Apple problem--you'll have to go to an Apple store. But, I bought the phone here--at this store. So what does this store do? Well, you can no longer change your Verizon plans at a store--you have to call Verizon to do this. Actually let me correct that, you can increase your plan, but you cannot change it to a smaller plan. So, if you can't get help with your Verizon plan and you can't get help for any of the products they sell, what do these customer service people do? Upsell you on products. As soon as possible, I'm changing from Verizon. I've been 17 year customer and you cannot get good customer service anymore. read more

Have never dealt with anyone with such a bad attitude when it came to honoring warranty... for a CHARGER cord. Raquel is in no way, shape or form fit to perform basic customer service. Had 4 months left of warranty coverage, and she tried to tell me I owed $9. She then stormed off when I was mid-sentence explaining that didn't add up. She comes back after speaking to the MOD, practically throws it toward me and snaps "here," then walks off. It was honestly a laughably bad experience. This store doesn't understand Verizon policies. I originally went to the Aspen Grove location (which is always great) to upgrade my phone on an existing plan. Aspen Grove didn't have the phone I wanted in stock but told me that the SouthGlenn location had a few. I should have read the reviews before I drove over there. This place is a waste of time. They told me that you can't stay on a 2 year contract plan. I showed them the pricing sign in their store where it said that you can still do that (which was dated 2 weeks prior). They just shrugged their shoulders. I also let them know that my wife had upgraded her phone and stayed on the 2 year contract pricing through the Aspen Grove store the day prior. They just shrugged their shoulders. I knew that I could upgrade plans online and stay with the 2 year pricing so I went out to my car and called VerizonWireless customer service. They assured me that this pricing plan is still available for current 2 year contract customers. VerizonWireless even called the store to try to help me out and the store refused. This store doesn't seem very knowledgeable about the pricing plans. I highly recommend the Aspen Grove location. read more

I visited several times last week and this, about 2:00 p.m. to 1) discuss my lost iPhone7 and 2) purchase an iPhoneX and a new iPad Pro. It seems to be a slow time of day and young associates were just hanging out doing nothing much, it appeared. They all seemed pretty bored. Each visit, over several days, no one seemed too interested in helping this grandma. I found them rather condescending and disinterested, except with each other. I have been to this Verizon store twice before and been very happy. Usually, going to Verizon is a daunting experience with long lines and nothing to do. But I thought this store was different. It is well organized with cues on screen when your turn is coming up. The lines have not been too bad until yesterday. Yesterday everyone found out this Verizon store was different. I waited for two hours with three kiddos. And then I got home to find out my contacts had not transferred. Ugghh... Absolutely awful customer service. Did an in store pickup of a new Galaxy S9. I wanted to make sure all my data transferred from my old phone to my new. I was told that the sales people were not allowed to help customers doing in store pickup. Ridiculous. I have been with Verizon for 20 years, I have 5 phones with this company and pay a pretty hefty monthly fee and all I asked for was a little help activating my new phone. Multiple sales people told me no. I will never go to that store again. I love Go Wireless in the King Soopers shopping center at University and Highlands Ranch Parkway.
