Then we went to the Verizon store at 5121 E. 2 on a Sunday morning. We walked in and signed in. Then we sat down. We sat and no one even acknowledged any of us sitting and waiting. My phone carrier suggested I call Batteries Plus Bulbs. Nick and Mike could not have been more helpful. I described my problem and they looked up the battery I needed. Because of the current situation they didn't think they could get the battery before Friday.
