My words by far, THE best customer service assistant I've ever come accross I'm a store. I'm looking into the a6000 and an all in one. I've literally been researching months. I've had bad demos at other best buy stores that led to my indecisiveness. This guy knew what he was doing and if he didn't he would figure it out in seconds. He had a no n.s approach. Not only that he helped me evaluating all in one's and he told me some cool new features about windows 10....j thought I was educated on technology that appealed to me. He took it to a whole new level. There are certain people that excel in their jobs...regardless of wage. This guy was it. Awesome service. I really appreciate and best buy just got a customer that will spend 1.1k on a camera this weekend.

So my earbuds quit working today. I bought them over 4 years ago. (That's a pretty darn good run…read morefor electronics these days.) This is an essential piece of work equipment for me. As the frustrations build during the work day, I play my Jesus music. I still have a job, and no felony arrests for violent acts, so it must be working. Realizing how vital this simple piece of equipment is, I decided to run into Best Buy and grab another pair of $88 earbuds so I can work tomorrow. (That's only $22 a year for the math nerds and a worthwhile insurance policy if you ask me.) I was asked repeatedly if I needed help. Repeatedly, I said no. I know what I'm after. I'm pretty introverted at times (especially at the end of a work day when I'm late for my house) and had no desire for help. Navigated my way quickly to the earbud section. Found the new version of the earbuds I loved so much. Grabbed them. Then...I went to the counter. Now I understand that the checker was doing his job... But seriously Best Buy.... If it weren't exactly what I was looking for, I would've left them on the counter and walked out. I haven't been asked that many questions for a single $88 purchase in all my life. No, I don't want your protection plan, no matter what you try to say to convince me. It was over the top and I'm sure he missed his spiff for the upsale. (Sorry Mr. Guy behind the counter just working and doing what he's told to do.) I don't want a credit card. I don't want to round up for whatever charity program you have going on. I don't want to tell you my favorite color or astrological sign (didn't really happen, but it felt like it.) I don't want to be on your mailing list. I WANT TO PAY AND LEAVE. I'M LATE FOR MY HOUSE. Side note: I feel slightly bad for judging the guy in front of me who seemed to be in a hurry to get out of there. I get it now. Best Buy: back...off... It's over the top, annoying, and ridiculous. Does anyone actually say yes to these things? I'm sure they do, or you wouldn't risk losing customers by annoying the pediddle out of them at check out. I'll order them on Amazon from now on and wait a couple of days. P.S. 5 stars to the guy behind the counter who followed through with his prescribed script. He might need earbuds with Jesus music to get through his day too.

I have had issues with major retailers customer service as of late and decided to check out some…read morelocal business. I went to Letz and was immediately helped by Dan who was informative and started explaining all my options. I left thirty minutes later after purchasing an inexpensive brand new washing machine! This was late on a Saturday and could naturally not be delivered until Monday. Not only did they arrive within the 30 minute time frame I was given at time of purchase, they removed old unit, installed and tested new unit, & even took another dead appliance I had outside, away at my request. They service every machine they sell and have a variety of second hand appliances for sale as well. If you need some appliances Letz is the place to go.

Bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator from a year and a half ago they told me the warranties up in…read moreone year. So when out and ruined all my Fraser meat and what was in the refrigerator I tried to get them to repair it, but they said it's a week away and then I asked if I bought a brand new one could they deliver it and they said not this week be next week. so my options were to go elsewhere. Home Depot will take care of you. I always wanted to buy local support our local people. But this is ridiculous. So my dealings with letz is over with. So much for supporting the local businesses.
