I called the store & spoke with a lady named Grace, she told me she would have someone to call me back. Five minutes later, I got a call, which, in my mind, was amazing!! The person that I spoke with said that someone would come out to my house & check out the problem. The manager, and the warehouse manager were at my house in around 10 minutes. Casper, Wyoming is a small town, so it really doesn't take a lot of time to get to any location. They quickly discovered what the problem was & fixed it on the spot. I cannot recommend this people enough. They are ABSOLUTELY GREAT to do business with. In the meantime we completely remodeled our bedroom , new paint, new flooring , all ready to go prior to scheduled delivery. And Then, a couple days prior to the scheduled delivery date our Salesguy calls and said THEY screwed up and one of the pieces did not show up. Let me repeat , THEY ADMITTED one of the pieces did not show up. So now , we have a empty bedroom and need furniture we properly ordered ( as we are staging our home to sell) , so they don't give me their screw up date to get the missing piece so I say get everything you have , delivered, and bring ( deliver) your screw up pc back to our house when you get it . So crass Tyler calls yesterday and has a scripted speech he is reading from stating ( real fastly read) bla bla bla your piece is arriving next week, bla bla bla we are open ,, bla bla bla and YOU can come pick it up at our store. They told us we couldn't return it and that they made sure that we knew that when we were signing. I had to go online to 'trade' the bed in, but that is a Sleepnumber company policy, not the store's policy. Both Erica and Zion, were always willing to answer any questions I had with a smile on their face - even though the new bed was a lower price than the original bed. And yes, I got the difference in the bed price refunded in a very timely manner. As far as the base goes, during my research for a bed, I had learned industry standard is that adjustable bases were not refundable, and I was told during the purchase as well. I love my footwarmer, and the customizable settings on the base - especially the timer feature that allows me to fall asleep in zero G and then move me to my 'favorite' sleep setting. I have all the confidence in them!

If they would have been more updated like every other store on there I could have chosen to go to a different store as that was a top priority in my order. They listed that they had four different kinds of gluten-free cookie dough, they had zero. I feel like I got lied to in order for them to get my money at this store, instead of going through Smith's which is way more accurate on what they're actually out of stock on. Following week they were in stock in Casper. 2nd issue: Called and asked when the chicks would be in. They said Monday. Did search again and was told Cheyenne has chicks in store. Saturday drove to Cheyenne from Casper. Next day in Casper. I don't know what is going on with Casper but this isn't right!! A lot of time, cost and effort to get what we needed.
