Charter Communications or Spectrum or is it something else? This company has terrible customer…read moreservice. They don't mind you living on hold waiting on them. Internet service is spotty. Really the only thing that this company is good at is jacking up your bill which is done on a regular basis. I assume that their thinking is that since it is a pain to change we will just put up with the price hikes, crappy customer service and spotty intermittent internet service.

I had it installed at an apartment I own. The renter and I would share the bill. This would be the only way we would be interested in signing up. I set up the spectrum account on my tv and it wouldn't let me log in. I called charter and they said they were having problems and would call back with news on it getting fixed. I told the lady I wasn't going to pay until it worked because the only reason I signed up was so I could watch it at my house (a different location as the box). She told me to call in after the first bill and they would refund. They never called me back as promised. I called them and asked for the refund they promised for service I haven't been able to use. They we're unwilling to do so but insulted me with an offer of a $10 refund. To sum it up: 1) Sold me on a service that won't work. 2) Charged me for a service I haven't been able to use. 3) Told me they would call back and didn't follow through. 4) Told me they would refund me and won't do it. 5) Expect me to be a loyal customer and just pay for service I can't get. Good bye Spectrum. If you can use a different service I would!
