    More shady deceptive advertising. The $80 hotspot plan is really $110 plus taxes I fees

    I don't see how they can get away with such deceptive advertising. It says the hotspot plan is $80 then when you read all the way to the bottom it says the first line is $110 and the second row is the one that's $80. This is about a shady as it gets I don't know how they get away with this stuff

    It's gotten better but not great. The help here comes and goes. The service is slow. At least the grouchy manger isn't there.

Then they call up and say "sorry but we had a little hiccup on the back end". That turned out to be a cowardly way of saying they had LOST ALL OF OUR EMAIL. Yes, you heard that right - every single one - 14 years worth!. Got.net support manager said they would give me 3 months free. I said you need to do better than that. Panicked, because he was the one that screwed it up, promised he was going to come to my office and give me a $100.00 bill. Of course he did not follow-through, just like every other unkept promise he made over the last, pathetic year of service. Note: I would have given 0 stars if I could.

The staff here at Got Net went above and beyond to implement solutions to all our email and web-hosting problems. My former website-hosting company had thrown me under the bus, but the guys here at Got Net took the time to decipher and fix issues that were critical to my businesses' customer communications.
