Let's face it, life happens!…read more As I was Leaving the house to walk my two German Shepherds, I DROPPED MY iPHONE!!!! I swear life ended!! This happened April 2017, it's been six months and I finally got my iphone fixed. To be honest I'm super cheap! A screen repair is expensive! Over the past six months, I researched businesses that will repair a iPhone 6S along with the prices. The cost ranges from $90 to $130 for screen repairs. For starters, most businesses require an appointment. Some of the reviews on yelp are horrible. Naturally, I was hesitant to go anywhere for the past six months. Around 5 AM Saturday morning, I finally had enough of my cracked screen. I got on yelp and researched until 8 AM. I made my first call to Batteries Plus, the woman was very rude and short with me---Pass!!!! The Pineville location has bad reviews anyways. Next on my list Staymobile!!!!! At 9 AM rushed over to Staymobile to be the first in-line to drop off my iPhone. Words cannot express how thankful I am for Staymobile!! My phone looks awesome!!! The gentlemen on staff was very informative and fast! My phone was ready within 1hr! I used my checkin offer and paid $96 for the screen repair. Thank you again Staymobile!!

I was having problems with my Lenovo Active Pen 2 and after looking around on Lenovo's site, found…read morethat this location was one of their listed for repairs. After coming in and explaining the problem that I was experiencing, Bobby NeSmith, the store manager, spoke with me on what they can do to diagnose and solve the problem. Most of their solutions involved leaving my computer and pen with them overnight while they diagnosed and worked on fixing any issues, however because I use my computer on a daily basis for school, I could not be without it for too long. Thankfully after explaining this to Bobby, he did everything he could to diagnose and fix the problem as fast as he could. It took about 2 hours and upon returning, Bobby explained the problem they found, fixed the issue, and verified that the problem was fixed with me before I left the store. I am very glad I went to Staymobile as they not only saved me money and time, but they also had great customer service and made sure I was happy with my experience every step of the way.
