She went above and beyond for me, and even fixed what I needed w/ the SIM card. I don't have to return to either store - just to give Rebecca a call once I get a confirmationn e-mail from AT&T. Yay! The other customers seemed to be happy with their service as well :) I'm hoping that T-Mobile's (toll free phone) customer service is as great as when I had them as a carrier years ago. Today is December 5th and I still have not receive the exchanged phones. This guy Ahmad told me he was going to swap them. Still no answer from him. So basically he stole 3 iPhones from me. I called Itradez office and the just washed their hands saying Ahmad is in charge of wholesale and that he works on his own, that Itradez is not responsible for what Ahmad does.
