When I called back furious to request a manager, he hung up again. I was at target so it was close by then went to the nearby T-Mobile store to report what happened. I get employees may not know every answer, but telling a customer to figure it out and lie and say the managers not in is so disrespectful hanging up twice is extremely unprofessional. I felt completely dismissed and am giving 1 star. Canceling my plan.

So 3 days later the tv went down $200 and I can't get the refund. All the employees at the Maple Grove store and managers we're all apologies but they can't help, it is a corporate policy. Quick Fix fixed the Mac screen much faster than other shops had given me an estimate for fixing, and at a lower price. The quality of their work was excellent! I would use Quick Fix again if I needed a device repaired.

I made the decision to get Internet from Gateway in October of 2025 (one of the earlier customers…read morein my area as they just hooked up to the neighborhood), and I wouldn't recommend others in doing the same. The internet is typically decent, although I have had more moments of being offline than I did when I had CenturyLink in the past (but I figured I was upgrading with Gateway, right?). However, the customer service is pretty garbage, and I regret switching to Gateway as a result. My main issue was with the cable they placed in my yard. In doing so, they cut part of my irrigation line (which they admitted to doing) but refused to acknowledge that doing so caused damage elsewhere to my irrigation system. They offered to pay for some of the damage, but not all. You also have to deal with their subcontractor when dealing with installation problems which is simply annoying (Subterraneous is FAR worse). Gateway just refused to try and help. I have other irritants with Gateway, but ultimately I'm frustrated I made the decision to use this company for my internet. **Im writing this review because my wife would have been (rightfully) added many more complaints. Unless you don't have internet access, just stick with what you have or go with somebody else in your neighborhood. They'll be nice until they have an issue to deal with and then they'll ignore.
