Wow! Jim Wagner traveled to Jeffersonville from Jasper to…read morefigure out why our service was SO slow. Jim is very personable and does work like he would do at his own home. I have never met a more dedicated and professional technician, in ANY trade, in my 65 years. Mr. Wagner worked tirelessly, non-stop, without a break on this service call, replacing our cable line from pole to house and installed a new modem and router which replaced our obsolete modem/router combo. I was thoroughly impressed with him hauling a 28 foot ladder under a playhouse and around the backside of a shed next to a fence to get up a pole. Carrying the huge spool of wire from truck to backyard made me think this guy is worth everything he gets paid, PLUS some more. Before he left, he ensured we could get our cell phones, computers, Ring doorbell camera and Wyze camera's online. Mr. Wagner is the kind of guy you meet once in your lifetime. Whatever you need done in life you want a Jim Wagner to do it. I believe you couldn't get better. He works like a beast while being super cordial. Jim is nearer retirement than the younger guys, but surely not outperformed. He would be a great instructor and mentor at Spectrum. Everyone should imitate his work ethic and demeanor. Thank you Jim for all you do. Thank you Spectrum for hiring guys like Jim Wagner. LASTLY, our internet is now running liked greased lightning. *****

I monitor my account with Sparklight, ironically, through the internet. I fell behind on my bills…read more But, Sparklight have me until August 25th to pay my bill. Great! I am a paralyzed veterans and that is the date that I received my disability payment. So, on August 25th I paid my bill. I discovered, however that earlier that day while I was out (paying bills), Sparklight came to my house and physically disconnected my service! They gave me until August 25th to pay my bill. But, disconnected my service because I didn't pay it earlier. I spoke with two different representatives, asking them to reconnect my internet because I paid it on the date that was reflected on my account as the due date. As if scripted, both representatives dug in their heels and refused to reconnect without me without paying extra money (being penalized). They both stated that they sent me a letter a month ago, which I'm sure is sitting at the bottom of a pile of mail that I received throughout the month. They said that the letter required that I pay earlier than what was reflected on my account online. I'm sorry, but who memorizes due dates on a letter. But, it turns out there actually wasn't a due date. You have to calculate 30 days out from a particular date that's on the letter and memorize that. I didn't do that. I based the due date off of the date that's reflected on my account that I accessed through the internet on the site that they maintain. It's a gotcha game! They send you a letter with one due date. But, then mislead you to believe that your actual due date is what you see on your account when you access it on their website. This is unethical, and they know it! My account, on their website, that they maintain, said that I had until August 25th to pay my bill. I paid my bill on August 25th. They disconnected my service anyhow and refuse to reconnect it without penalizing me first! I had been a good customer of theirs for over 6 years. And yet they refuse to treat their customers right. They also script their employees to justify their unethical practices!

I was happy to meet the owner and he didn't have it in stock but was more than happy to give us a date and time and even gave us a discount with the install. I have to say I found this place MUCH better then other business's I have delt with in the past. They showed up with the right parts and while we have VERY limited space and things they were able to hook it up and set up was a breeze without any issues. I have recommend them to others. Prices are very comparable if not better then a lot of major stores, they also will do setup and removal of old items. Also they are local, and support is excellent as well as extra warranty and other needs.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my mom's workplace for Nurse's Week. I submitted…read morethe order at 11:30 AM, well before the 12:30 PM same-day delivery cutoff stated on their website. After placing the order, I received a confirmation message that said: "Thank you for placing your order with us! We will take every precaution to make sure your flowers arrive on time and as beautiful as you would like for them to be!" That message made me feel confident in the service--but unfortunately, the experience was the complete opposite. My card was charged, and I waited all afternoon expecting a message from my mom. By 4:30 PM, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called the flower shop to check--wanting to confirm before asking her and potentially spoiling the surprise. When I called, the person I spoke with said it looked like they had been delivered because the florist remembered making them, but they couldn't verify with a driver because no drivers were currently there. After being placed on hold for a while, I was finally told that the flowers had been overlooked and were never delivered. I was told this happened because they've been busy with Mother's Day--which I do understand. But this flower shop has been in business for many, many years. If they can't keep up with demand, they should not be promising same-day delivery on their website. That's extremely misleading and ends up disappointing customers like me, who trusted their process. I explained that the flowers had to be delivered that day because my mom wouldn't be at work the next day. The only option I was given was to have them delivered to a house tomorrow, which completely missed the point. If I had wanted delivery on a different day, I would have scheduled it for then. No one offered to let me pick them up or to make any effort to deliver them later that evening. So I had no choice but to cancel the order. What frustrates me even more is that no one reached out to let me know the flowers hadn't been delivered. If I hadn't called, I would've just been charged for something that never showed up. I spent 20 minutes on the phone just to find out they had dropped the ball entirely. This was supposed to be a special and thoughtful surprise. Instead, it turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would have happily gone with another local flower shop had I known this would happen. I'm highly disappointed and dissatisfied.

They offer a wide variety of gifts and flower arrangements. They have very nice house plants and windchimes, Fannie Mae chocolates, home decor just to name a few. Currently they have several beautiful displays of Valentine's Day gifts to browse thru. Along with all these things they also do special occasion flowers such as weddings, prom, funerals etc. Their flowers, in my experience, stay fresh for several days! The day I went in I was looking for a sectional gift for my daughter. None of the bouquets in the cooler display really caught my eye so the owner asked if I had something specific in mind. We came up with the idea to do some red and white flowers with black accents in her school colors and the bouquet turned out beautiful! I also had them put a couple balloons on it as well. My daughter loved them and now 5 days later they are still as fresh and lovely as the day I bought them! I highly recommend coming and checking them out any time you need flowers or beautiful gifts for that special someone in your life!

OK, so I wish I would've taken a picture to show you that the Christmas spirit is not dead in…read moreretail! I took my 88-year-old father shopping for my mother for Christmas today. We ended up at Kohl's in Vincennes, Indiana. So as I was shopping with my eight-year-old, and my 88-year-old dad and here it is almost Christmas. There were all kinds of people in the store and it was busy. I was shopping with my dad and all the sudden I realized he had left us. This is not a big concern, but slightly because I never know what we will end up doing so as we were shopping, and looking for dad, I find him, and this absolutely precious sales clerk (I think her name was Hailey) was taking him around the store, helping him find 2 pair of pajamas for my mother. She was very patiently waiting as he would find either a reason that it was not just perfect or it wasn't made quite right for mom. Not one time did she do anything less but to smile and try to find something that would suit him. The funny thing is my dad is very particular when it comes to shopping and it is very trying sometimes on your patience. But not one time did she do anything except encourage him that they would find the perfect pajamas for my mother. I don't know for sure how long she helped him but I know I was with him for about 15 minutes and they had been looking for quite a while before that. I just want to give a big shout out once again to Kohl's in Vincennes, IN. This is why I love shopping at Kohl's, Customer Service is number one! Merry Christmas!- not only Hayley was super sweet, but the manager at the front had chatted with my dad when he got tired of shopping while we were waiting and a very nice man named George waited on us so kindly! Thank you everybody and merry Christmas!
