In the last month i went in here due to my galaxy note 5 acting up and usually if i have any problems, i can come in and be met with a friendly face and get the help i need without a hassle. Unfortunately i cant say that i received the superb service im used to receiving from this place or the help. my phone shut off and wouldnt turn back on, i was at walmart and figured oh its in the same plaza ill just pop in and get help from at&t and maybe see if there something that catches my fancy. i walk in to at&t and there are 3 employees. the boss lady messing with the computer and swiftly went to the "back room" not long aftet i came in. im then left with the other 2. 1 behind a computer obviously pretending to be so busy without a customer, but whatever. the other who "helped me" started making his way to me and gave me a half ass hi welcome to at&t be with you in a second as he was messing with aomething on the ipad, i waited a couple awlward minutes til he was finally ready to help me. i informed the at&t personnel what my phone dilemma was and he "tried" to do a hard rest and failed told me since your phone is pretty old its probably time for a new one. a.k.a i cant help you but you can buy a new one and ill help you. i had to either claim through insurance or get a new phone. im pretty tech savvy and i felt like i was being bullshitted so i left. i went to verizon to see my friend who is a samsung rep and asked for his help....you guessed it he got the phone back on and an explanation of why it turned of and i had to get a hard reset done. Needless to say, my days with at&t are numbered. Sad because i loved having at&t but if thats the type of people you employ to "help".No thank you i will get my services elsewhere.

    I monitor my account with Sparklight, ironically, through the internet. I fell behind on my bills…read more But, Sparklight have me until August 25th to pay my bill. Great! I am a paralyzed veterans and that is the date that I received my disability payment. So, on August 25th I paid my bill. I discovered, however that earlier that day while I was out (paying bills), Sparklight came to my house and physically disconnected my service! They gave me until August 25th to pay my bill. But, disconnected my service because I didn't pay it earlier. I spoke with two different representatives, asking them to reconnect my internet because I paid it on the date that was reflected on my account as the due date. As if scripted, both representatives dug in their heels and refused to reconnect without me without paying extra money (being penalized). They both stated that they sent me a letter a month ago, which I'm sure is sitting at the bottom of a pile of mail that I received throughout the month. They said that the letter required that I pay earlier than what was reflected on my account online. I'm sorry, but who memorizes due dates on a letter. But, it turns out there actually wasn't a due date. You have to calculate 30 days out from a particular date that's on the letter and memorize that. I didn't do that. I based the due date off of the date that's reflected on my account that I accessed through the internet on the site that they maintain. It's a gotcha game! They send you a letter with one due date. But, then mislead you to believe that your actual due date is what you see on your account when you access it on their website. This is unethical, and they know it! My account, on their website, that they maintain, said that I had until August 25th to pay my bill. I paid my bill on August 25th. They disconnected my service anyhow and refuse to reconnect it without penalizing me first! I had been a good customer of theirs for over 6 years. And yet they refuse to treat their customers right. They also script their employees to justify their unethical practices!
