Horrible service since they were bought out. The sales team is rude and not helpful. They will do anything to avoid customer service. The bigger guy with the beard will not even get out of the chair while you are there. No one greets you like they used to and they act super annoyed to be at work. This branch used to offer superb service. i have been a loyal at&t customer for years, all thanks to my mom. In the last month i went in here due to my galaxy note 5 acting up and usually if i have any problems, i can come in and be met with a friendly face and get the help i need without a hassle. Unfortunately i cant say that i received the superb service im used to receiving from this place or the help. my phone shut off and wouldnt turn back on, i was at walmart and figured oh its in the same plaza ill just pop in and get help from at&t and maybe see if there something that catches my fancy. i walk in to at&t and there are 3 employees. the boss lady messing with the computer and swiftly went to the "back room" not long aftet i came in. im then left with the other 2. 1 behind a computer obviously pretending to be so busy without a customer, but whatever. the other who "helped me" started making his way to me and gave me a half ass hi welcome to at&t be with you in a second as he was messing with aomething on the ipad, i waited a couple awlward minutes til he was finally ready to help me. i informed the at&t personnel what my phone dilemma was and he "tried" to do a hard rest and failed told me since your phone is pretty old its probably time for a new one. a.k.a i cant help you but you can buy a new one and ill help you. i had to either claim through insurance or get a new phone. im pretty tech savvy and i felt like i was being bullshitted so i left. i went to verizon to see my friend who is a samsung rep and asked for his help....you guessed it he got the phone back on and an explanation of why it turned of and i had to get a hard reset done. Needless to say, my days with at&t are numbered. Sad because i loved having at&t but if thats the type of people you employ to "help".No thank you i will get my services elsewhere. read more

Great customer service at this location. We were assisted by assistant store manager Jarvis. He was amazing. He is very knowledgable about the services and products. He gives a customer more confidence in their decisions on purchases or plan changes. We purchased 2 iPhone 6plus phones for my husband and I. We also added a new line for my son. We were early on our contract payoff and changed from unlimited data to a new data plan based on our usage. We were concerned about having to pay for extra data. He went out of his way to research our current usage and give me piece of mind. He offered us seats at the table while he worked through the process of setting up our phones. My phone had a lot of pictures and items stored and took an extremely long time to transfer the data over. Which was not his fault and he was very patient through the process. We bought cases and screen protectors or all the phones. Again he was very knowledgable on inventory and all the products. He installed our screen covers for us perfectly, I asked him to do this because I am terrible at it. I always have air bubbles when I do it and he did not. There were only two hiccups during the transaction. First they only had one updated data transfer device because the other was older and would not properly transfer. They were unable to transfer the data of two phones at once. This slowed down the process. Second, At&t had performed a system update this day and the phones were not active by the time we left the store. They did not activate until a couple hours later. This was a provider system issue and not an issue with the store itself. Because of this I was unable to trade-in my old phone because I still needed it until the new one activated. Jarvis explained exactly what we needed to do once the service switched over to the new phones. It took a while to complete the transaction but anyone should realize a cell phone transaction takes a while. So be prepared to take about a hour but this is normal, don't go to buy a phone when you are in a hurry. Great service! read more
