Most importantly I noticed his patience w one of the customers who was acting rather "difficult". Once we were waited on, my daughter was offered a better price option & phone than she knew was available, new phone data all cloned over in minutes from old phone & entire time the young man was professional & very friendly. Sparklight our telephone and internet provider, arrived Monday late afternoon and around 5:00 pm it was determined that it was an issue with our phone system in-house. I reached out to RG Telcom Tuesday morning and actually sent a photo of our phone system to them. The technician arrived that day and fixed the problem within 35-40 minutes. Great service in a timely manner, I would highly recommend this company.
