Before I could use the phone I had to keep rubber bands on it for a few hours I wouldn't recommend this place(s) unless your fine with leaving rubber bands on for a few hours or cleaning off the excess stretchy glue yourself Edited: it broke right away when I barley dropped it. And AT&T made up for all of my frustrations... The store was clean and well staffed. Nic and Kim were engaging, knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy... I so enjoyed working with both of them. I will stop in to say hi the next time I'm in town and I'm confident that my Mom, terribly bad with any electronics (but an awesome Mom) could stop in with any questions and they would be patient with her and help her out. The bottom line is that I got Mom a reasonably priced basic phone, switched my 2 lines over to AT&T, merged my girlfriend onto my account, maintained my corporate discount and got a better plan for less money with no glitches in the change over... And actually enjoyed the process! Great job AT&T in Bath, NY! Hang on to your people... They are gold!

I warn VERY strongly against hiring Druk…read more Druk was very pleasant when I reached out and quick to ensure that he could repair my phone screen. I paid him over $200 to repair it on site. That night, I noticed that the phone screen would turn dark while using it. By the next day, the screen was completely inoperable. As I pressed the side buttons trying to turn it off (because the screen was now totally blank) my phone called 911 and ALL of my emergency contacts. Because the screen didn't work, I could not stop the calls and had to talk to all of these people to explain- pleading with them not to send the police or paramedics. I made an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar ASAP and paid $360 for Apple to remove the counterfeit screen from Druk and replace it with a working one. I was informed that the counterfeit screen fom Druk was not even sealed onto the phone correctly. Even worse, when I called Druk, he refused to refund me. BUYER BEWARE: if you choose to spend $200 with Druk, you will have to spend at least $360 or more to repair his "work" with a dealer who actually knows what they're doing.

That was 15 years ago, and Hughes Net just sent him out for a service call to her home again!
