Then…read morethey said it was ready to be picked up so I went to pick it up and they said they dont have it. After that they said their general manager would run the security cameras to check and see what happened and that same week he quit. So I had to wait 2 more weeks for anything. Then their district manager had to get involved and he ran the security cameras and it showed they recycled my Xbox series X. They switched the work orders with another Xbox then label my xbox unrepairable then recyled it. Then their insurance cut me short for reimbursement to where I have to pay a few hundred for a new xbox out of my pocket. I never recommend getting anything fixed here or even dealing with them in anyway. Out of all our interactions I was called ONCE about my repair. I called them over 20 TIMES. COMEPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING AT ALL!

When asked for help, the folks at this store told me that Customer Service would hang up if they…read morecalled. They will lie to your face and rush you out the door instead of being helpful. Really solidifies the reality that AT&T is the worst cell carrier with the worst customer service. If you buy a phone from AT&T, be prepared for mobile data to only work about half the time. You will get far less speed than you pay for. I get a whopping 2mbps when I pay for 12-474 (depending on the network, eg. LTE, 5G, 5G+). When you call customer service, be ready for a hours long ordeal, being transferred umpteen times, never getting a straight answer, and basically giving yourself a stroke from the stress. The folks in this store are great while you are buying a phone, but as soon as you realize AT&T sucks, they can't do a damn thing. Pitiful, really.

I went to this store for a screen replacement, I sold my old iPhone and $100, two weeks later the…read morescreen went all black and was unresponsive. So I went in again. The guy working was a different person that the first time so I paid $180 for the screen replacement the 2nd time. I was also told the battery was bad and it would be replaced. Well... 2 days later the screen went all black again. I went for the 3rd trip and the screen was changed again (3rd time). That was a week ago. My phone isn't holding charge and battery life says 75%. I called and the second guy that worked on my phone answered, I explained who I was, about the battery, was told the screen alone the second time was $180, that the battery wasn't changed, which is NOT what I was told!! And he was rude and hung up on me, not listening to what was going on and wouldn't answer my questions.absolutely terrible service. Replied to my google review and said I denied the battery repair. Which is not what was spoken about, i wouldn't have spent all that I had on just the screens that weren't even cracked or anything visible at all... $280 and a cell phone trade in and sold my old iPhone to them. I would have put it towards a new phone if it wasn't the battery supposedly being replaced also!! For the love of God it's a iPhone 12 Pro. It's not a new iPhone or anything!! Maybe it should have been completely clearly made, or a receipt that says exact details. So much for that!!

Brandon did not have the customers best interest in mind and only his own pocketbook. Even if the lease is third party. Brandon could have warned me of the terms and how it worked as he was telling me to initial the contract. Brandon was sarcastic and condescending and I feel as if maybe Cricket is a dishonest company who does business with borderline illegal loan companies.
