Said I need to call TMobile to cancel my replacement to the store and reissue to be sent to multiple home. MY PHONE CANT MAKE CALLs. I had to ask to use their phone to call 611 and do the work for them. They could have initiated calls to their company and helped, but didn't. While on the phone with tech support, the manager Bridgett was also saying its not their problem. 20 years I've been with t-mobile. Guess it's time to change. It's not my problem either.

Apparently they have PERMANENTLY dropped these channels. The neighborhood that my family lives in cannot get any other service. We are locked into Dish if we want cable or satellite. So now I am going to have to pay to watch Walking Dead. I just paid to watch Breaking Bad as well. Replacing these channels with others that do not even come close to measuring up is unacceptable. I will not only NOT recommend Dish network to any of my friends or colleagues, but when we move I will NEVER return as a Dish customer. I WILL ALSO BE DEDUCTING THE COST OF HAVING TO DOWNLOAD THESE TWO SHOWS BECAUSE OF THIS DECISION. Greedy, corporate nonsense makes me sick. I have been paying for your service for a long time and to have these AWARD WINNING shows unavailable to me because of this greed is absurd and shows just how little Dish cares about its customers. He was chatting and laughing with the person at the counter, clearly not in a hurry at all, despite the store full of people and the line not moving. The store was also nearly empty of merchandise- one center half-counter with mostly cards and the like on it. Hardly any phones or tablets out for display, only few accessories. One of the worst stores I've been in, honestly... I've never seen anything like it. We ended up leaving after the line didn't move for 5 minutes, and as were driving we home, we saw a brand new one just off Route 30 in Gap, like 3 minutes down the road. We almost didn't stop, but glad we did. It was AMAZING, full of great stuff, tons of merchandise, and the staff was attentive and helpful. (There were two of them in an empty store, owner on site.) We found what we needed at a CRAZY-good price because the owner was doing huge promotions. My husband even asked how he stays in business selling tablets at that price. I was going to give it a 5 star review, but it's not even on Yelp yet because it's so new. It was like the difference between Walmart and Macy's. So I would suggest going to the brand new one in Gap if you need something. And to the one in the Parkesburg, you better revamp your store and hire more employees, or you'll probably get put out of business.
