But it gets better. Once installed, the workers pointed out a few very slight smudges BETWEEN the double panes they said probably had not been noticed during the fabrication process. We most likely would not have noticed the smudges either until we cleaned the window weeks later... if then lol At their own initiative the workers said the glass would be replaced (no added charge) and 2 weeks later they returned with new, smudge-free glass. We were amazed by such attention to detail on the workers' part and the company's devotion to quality. An overall excellent experience. I'd give 'em six stars if that were possible.

I didn't go in with my father as I am disabled and he said I didn't need to go inside with him. When he got into the car he didn't have the picture frame no picture. I asked him where they were and he said they told him he had to leave them and they would finish it for him and he could pick up the picture tomorrow. Then, while we were driving home I asked, how much did they charge you for the glass? $65! I couldn't believe he said $65. I wanted to go back and get the picture frame back but he said they were going to finish the framing for him. The next day my mother and I went back and he told me $65 and my mother told him that was excessive, & he just said $65! So I asked for a military discount. At first he just repeated the $65 then he said $50. Stills total ripoff and the framing wasn't completed as expected. He said we just do glass we don't frame. I'll never recommend nor use them again for anything. Took advantage of the elderly and the veterans. Disgusting!!!
